• Gavin (1/5): Bad attitude from staff, no compassion and crime filled area - It's a shame as the property it's self looks lovely on the photos however the staff I found quite rude and abrupt from beginning of the booking, I messaged the the person who was dealing with dropping off the keys to make him aware I was on my way to the property and I was a little ahead of schedule, after taking the 1.5 hour trip to the premises using the train and the local metro, tired from hauling my luggage there was no one at the property to greet me and hand me the key, when I message I was simply told I had to wait (for over an hour) whilst waiting outside the property I noticed alot of graffiti and gangs handing around then to my surprise I was mugged and money stolen from my bag, feeling unsafe I decided to leave to the property as I didn't feel comfortable staying there after the altercation especially with my misses meeting me there later that day, I had to purchase another hotel in a more safer part of Milan, I made the company know dealing with the property and they just didn't seem to care at all and there approach to the mugging was it's not their problem, I requested a refund which was rejected I was offered a €50 voucher to use with the company when staying at one of thir properties for a minimum of 2 nights, this felt like a kick in teeth after I just spent hundreds on this property and hundreds of euros stolen from me. I rejected their voucher and will not ever book with this company ever again mainly due to their attitude and lack of compassion. If you visit Milan I highly recommend you stay away from this area Just to ad the company who owns the premises did say mention that if I left a negative review they do not care as they will simply just get it taken down so I hope this stays up long enough for people to see it
