• Adam (7/5): - The location was great, and the timely responses by the owner were fast, but they unfortunately seem very cut and paste and repetetive. I also found the handbook and directions very useful and easy to follow. The smell of the apartment was unpleasant, but it did subside after 2 days. The towels that were provided seem to be cheap ones as when you go to dry yourself, all the fibres come off of the towel and onto you. The only other downside was the kitchen utensils. They seemed very miss matched, and things like the very little spoons and too small of a chopping board made cooking challenging.
• Leigh (9/5): Great! Have already recommended to a friend. - Location was great, apartment was as it appeared on site, clean, quiet and amazing view. Coles across the road, trains across the road, trams around the corner, walk to Queen Victoria Markets. Theatres close by. Perfect. Nothing to dislike about the property, although check in got confusing - for some reason my identify didn't verify so I did not get the key code and it became a bit drawn out.

• HAW YIH (9/5): - 位置非常棒，電器設備也都很不錯，客服人員回覆速度很快態度也很友善。 Location is very nice, and the facilities inside the room are pretty decent. The replying speed of the staff from customer service is really quick, and they are pretty patient and friendly. 大樓似乎有點老舊，浴室排水孔有點阻塞，期間還遇到了供水系統有問題。雖然說當下被浪費了一些時間在等待狀況排除，不過客服人員非常迅速且耐心的協助，這點還是值得給予肯定的，非常謝謝他們。 The building seemed to be a bit old, the shower drain was clogged, and we ran into a water supply problem one night. Although we got wasted sometime waiting the problem to be fixed, but I think the speed and patience from the side of customer service deserved a compliment, big thanks to them.

• Sashini (10/5): Excellent hosts and location - Excellent location of the property, facilities and the Bedspoke team were very helpful (and very quick with the responses!) The property is perfect for three guests. We had a great stay and have booked the same apartment to return again in the near future.
