• Patricia (9/5): Très bon séjour grâce à cet appartement. - Spacieux et confortable avec 2 salles de bains et 1 cabinet de toilette (avec 3ème WC) dans une des 4 chambres. Clim efficace Stationnement facile et gratuit dans le quartier. Café, glaces, pizzas et autres plats qu'on peut emporter, au bas de l'immeuble. Ce commerce ferme à 9 h du soir donc pas bruyant la nuit. Petit supermarché derrière l'immeuble. Tram n° 8 à 7 mn à pied. Bus à 6mn vers quatro venti. Nous avons pris un pass pour 7 jours (tout transports à 29 euros) à la station du trastevere pour chaque adulte. Bref nous reviendrons dans cette location à la prochaine occasion! Un peu plus de petites cuillères ? en attendant les grandes dépannent si besoin...

• Dre Boi 3000 (10/5): Excellent and a beautiful place to walk around and explore - The apartment was in the heart of Rome and very easy to go to all the tourist attractions. The apartment was very secure with shutters all around the property. The area was friendly and clean.
• Hor (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very modern and thoughtfully designed. It's in a strategic location with easy access to both tram and bus lines, making it convenient for getting around. The surrounding area is pleasant and adds to the overall experience. The kitchen lighting was rather dim, making it difficult to cook comfortably, and the stove didn’t function properly. The bathroom with the tub wasn’t ideal, as water tended to collect along the side. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was leaking water onto the downstairs area, which led to complaints from the apartment management.

• Janet (10/5): aah Roma! - apartment was so spacious and easy to access. the bar/cafe downstairs was fab and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Max was really helpful and we loved the wine!! spa bath wasn't in operation which was a shame, but not a deal breaker for us
• Walter (9/5): A good place to stay at Rome! - The whole place and the lady that works as doorwoman, who helped us to get taxi when were planned a strike on transportation in Rome. Helpfulness in the surroundings, many places to buy food, and the availability of good appliances and kitchenware to cook. Tram station is a little far, despite tram 8 being very helpful.
• Robert (10/5): the perfect place to stay in Rome for its attention, cleanliness and quality price 😊🤩 - I loved staying in this place, the attention received from Max was more than exceptional, he is an attentive, friendly, receptive person, he waited for us at the entrance of the apartment and showed us the apartment in detail, it was wonderful to stay in this place I recommend it For every traveler who wants to visit the city of Rome, he also indicated the favorite places to eat in Rome, which is very much appreciated. I can't say something I didn't like because everything was fantastic.
• Peg (10/5): I recommend this large flat without reservation - and I have stayed in a lot of AirBnBs. - We chose this property because we needed a large flat for four adults and two teenagers, a boy and a girl. Properties as large as we needed that were located in the Old Town were much more expensive, so we chose this flat. It was perfect for us, and had excellent bus and tram connections to the city center and the Vatican museums, both about 30 minutes away, which is actually pretty good for Rome public transport. And it is within walking distance of Trastevere. The kitchen was well equipped for our stay of two weeks. Our host was super-accessible and very kind. Even the lady who worked at the building's reception desk was very welcoming. The flat is on the first floor, close enough to the ground floor that you can easily walk up if you don't want to wait for the elevator. :-) We had no problems with anything and the flat was quiet, comfortable and very spacious for six of us. One bedroom had twin beds and we only needed one, so 7 could easily be accommodated. The flat can accommodate nine people, which would be OK, as there are 2 full bathrooms and one en-suite half-bath, but two people would have to sleep on the sofa in the living room. That said, the living room can be completely blocked off if others want to get up early -- those folks can just hang out in the kitchen dining area until the living room sleepers wake up.

• Paulina (10/5): Family stay in Rome - We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The apartment is huge, for 7 people it was really convenient, everyone had his own space. The apartment is well equipped with all what was needed for everyday usage. And the contact with the owner is really great, he is very open person and responds quickly. I totally recommend spending vacation in this apartment.
• Matthew (9/5): This apartment is spacious, beautiful and well connected to public transit. - The apartment is very spacious and clean, has lots of storage, and is beautifully decorated. The location is great and makes it easy to get around Rome. It's close to many buses, metros, and the main tram. We didn't find the key to the balcony to be able to reach the broom or the dryer for a few days as we couldn't find the key. This was mostly our fault because we didn't reach out until a few days later.
