Margit (9/5): modernste Zimmer in einem alten Haus, ideal gelegen, sehr sauber - Das Haus liegt ideal in Basel, 3 min zur Straßenbahn, 3 min zum Rhein - mein Zimmer war super ordentlich und sauber, Frühstück gibt es dort nicht. Alles ist 'menschenfrei' d.h. ich habe zwar mit dem Betreiber telefoniert, die Codes sind einfach, die Schlüssel auch einfach zu finden, aber es ist schon gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn man keinen Menschen sieht. Trotzdem werde ich wieder kommen

Janis (10/5): J’ai adoré mon expérience. - Le self check-in permet de venir à l’heure qu’on veut. Le système de code et de clé est bien fait. Si vous êtes un•e introvertie qui veut check-in seul•e dans voir personne, ce guest house est pour vous. J’ai booké la chambre avec la salle de bain privative qui était très confortable. C’était ma deuxième expérience dans ce guest house et je reviendrai avec plaisir! J’aurais voulu avoir un autre coussin dans la chambre au cas où et une autre couverture. Je suis venue en hiver et certaines personnes aiment bien avoir une couverture plus lourde/plus grande. Il y avait une petite table à café mais je trouve qu’il manquerai une petite table pour étudier/manger. Il n’avait pas de prises accessibles pour recharger le téléphone portable vers le lit ni de table de chevet.

Perrine (9/5): - Chambre et maison tres propres, jolie décoration. Très bien situé dans Bâle. Très calme. La petite terrasse est un plus. J’ai eu la chance d’avoir la salle de bain pour moi seule, l’autre chambre étant inoccupée. La machine à café avec les dosettes dans la chambre est très appréciable ! L'hôtel est tres réactif, serviable et aimable, toujours prêt à repondre aux questions et demandes. Quand la salle de bain est partagée cela doit etre un peu délicat, cependant c’est clairement indiqué sur le site, on sait donc à quoi s’attendre. Les escaliers sont un peu raides avec une valise mais ca reste faisable si on est en bonne santé!

Guillermina (8/5): La mejor cama - Muy buena la ubicación. Estaba en una zona donde roja la verdad y no sabíamos pero no se sentía insegura ni fea para nada. Muy cerca de supermercado y negocios. Muy fácil el ingreso a pesar de que la escalera para llegar al primer piso es super empinada y tiene escalones muy angostos. El baño estaba afuera de la habitacion pero muy limpio y super cerca de la hanitacion. Se comparte con otra habitacion, en nuestro caso teníamos la habitacion 3 y compartíamos el baño con la habitacion 1, pero como bo habia nadie estábamos re tranquilos. El hotel esta del otro lado del rio rhin pero es cerca de todo lo turístico. Lo que mas me gusto fueron las camas, nunca jamás en mi vida me acosté en una cama tan cómoda, me daba pena levantarme por la mañana jaja. La habitacion era grande y espaciosa, super cómoda para 4 personas. No habia pava electrica. Te dan café y una cafetera pero yo quería hacerme un té y tenía que calentar el agua con la cafetera y salía medio sucio el agua.

Die BaselCard bekommt man nicht selbstverständlich (wie wir es von anderen Unterkünften gewohnt sind); man muss sie explizit vorab bestellen. Erreichbarkeit der Zuständigen war dürftig. Kapselkaffeemaschine im Schrank, kein Wasserkocher, keine Tassen, kein Besteck, nur kleine Pappbecher.

Martha (5/5): Für ein bis zwei Nächte ok. Lage gut, Ausstattung des Einzelzimmers mager. - Kleiner Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Check-In mit den Codes war problemlos. Nr. 9 geht zum Innenhof, recht ruhig. Gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem Tram. Das Einzelzimmer war sehr basic. Ich fand den Preis dafür zu hoch. Es braucht dringend irgendeine kleine Kommode oder ein Regal, damit man seine Sachen nicht auf den Boden stellen muss. Platz gäbe es genug in Nr. 9.

Patrick (6/5): - Die Lage war super, das Bett bequem. Vor dem nächsten Haus draussen gab es eine Party mit lauter Musik, auch mit geschlossenen Fenstern war es unmöglich, zu schlafen. Wir sind um 17.30 Uhr das erste Mal ins Guesthouse, das Fenster wurde den ganzen Tag offen gelassen, so dass sich die Hitze im Zimmer staute. Zusätzlich mussten wir aufgrund der Party das Fenster abends/in der Nacht schliessen, es war deshalb kaum aushaltbar. Auch mit Ventilator nicht. Tipp an die Putzfrauen: das Fenster nach der Reinigung schliessen und die Vorhänge vorziehen. Die Lüftung im Bad funktionierte nicht. Das Treppenhaus riecht nach Katzenurin.

Jeśli będę jeszcze raz w tym mieście to na pewno skorzystam z tego miejsca. Wszystko było dla mnie 10/10- lokalizacja, czystość, wygoda, komfort i widok z okna. Dodatkowym atutem jak dla mnie było to, że nie musiałam się rejestrować w recepcji tylko wcześniej miałam podany kod w e-mailu do drzwi i skrytki z kluczem do pokoju, dzięki temu mogłam korzystać z niego bez zamienienia ani jednego słowa z obsługą (nie znam tamtejszego języka). Jak dla mnie super! Polecam : )

Anna (10/5): Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr genossen und schätzen die angenehme Atmosphäre – wir kommen gerne wieder. - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in Basel und ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln hervorragend erreichbar – ideal für Stadtbesichtigungen oder geschäftliche Aufenthalte. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft war präzise und hilfreich, sodass wir bestens vorbereitet ankamen. Besonders angenehm empfanden wir den unkomplizierten Check-in und Check-out, was den gesamten Aufenthalt noch entspannter machte. Der Raum ist modern ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die Betten sind ausgesprochen bequem – man liegt darin einfach fantastisch. Für Familien bestens geeignet! Eine rundum gelungene Erfahrung – wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Raumluft in unserem Zimmer war recht warm, was den Schlafkomfort etwas beeinträchtigte – auch wenn ein Raumumlüfter vorhanden war. Eine Optimierung der Belüftung (zum Beispiel durch ein ALD-System oder einen Verbundlüfter über den Korridor) könnte den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gestalten und den Gesamtkonfort perfektionieren.

Martina (7/5): - Das Guesthouse hat für die Erkundung der Stadt eine gute Lage. Auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind gut zu erreichen. Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken. Bei der Buchung der Unterkunft sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, dass es auch Zimmer mit einem eigenen Bad gibt, die auch extra zu buchen sind.

Andrzej (7/5): - Świetna lokalizacja blisko centrum Bazylei blisko sklepów i przystanku komunikacji miejskiej. Mieszkanie ulokowane w starej kamienicy z dobrym klimatem. Cisza i spokój. Dobra komunikacja z właścicielem. Apartament 8 nie ma odpowiedniej wentylacji. Dużo wilgoci osadza się na oknach i ścianach powodując powstawanie grzyba. Łazienka bardzo mała a do tego na skutek działania wilgoci odpadała farba z sufitu, szczególnie w trakcie używania suszarki do włosów.

Les tâches de moisissure sur les fenêtres de la chambre, dans la salle de bains et les araignées ainsi que l'absence d'une bouilloire pour faire un thé. La literie n'est pas très confortable.

It was unexpected that the bathroom and toilet were shared with guests from another room. I did not find this clearly stated in the original apartment description, and it caused discomfort.

Bengi Helin (8/5): Perfect for a short stay! Comfortable, clean and central :) - Very comfortable bed, bathroom always clean, good heating and coffee machine in the room! It was a very pleasant stay at Rheinstream Guesthouse, especially for the price and the the very central location. I had to ask for Basel Card to be issued, would've been better if they sent it right away. So many attractions to use it for!
Holger (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage, fußläufig in 10-15 Min. am Bahnhof oder am Barfüßerplatz. Gemütliches Viertel, schöne Rheinpromenade, Basel hat eine sehr schöne Altstadt und es macht Spaß die Strassen und Gassen zu erkunden. mir persönlich war die Matratze in Zimmer 12 zu weich. 🤷‍♂️

miRe (8/5): En general bé - En general bé, la ubicació està molt bé, a prop del centre històric i també a prop de parades de bus i tranvia, supermercat, restaurants... L'habitació era àmplia, estava neta i era còmode Per deixar les maletes abans o després del check in/out no hi ha cap lloc tancat. Només es poden deixar al passadís de l'entrada de l'edifici (l'amo diu q cap problema pq Hi han cámaras però no és gens segur. Per sort hi vaig aconseguir contactar i la vam poder deixar dins l'habitació mentre netejaven (a partir de les 12h)

Ariane (8/5): ce serait important de pouvoir atteindre quelqu‘un en cas de question ( e-mail ou natel) - pas de personnel ( entrée avec un code) donc ce point n’est pas applicable Mais le code nous a été transmis à temps ; la Guesthouse est très bien située, les chambres bien équipées et très calmes le fait que la salle de bien ne soit pas directement à côté de la chambre no 09 ( il y a un escalier) nous n‘avons pas reçu la carte nous permettant de prendre gratuitement les transports publics dans la ville impossible d’atteindre qui que ce soit via le no de natel indiqué pour d‘éventuelles questions les lits sont confortables mais un petit peu étroits ( chambre double no 4 - lit étroit pour 2 adultes de taille moyenne)
