Falk (8/5): Clean, comfortable place to stay for a short weekend. - Very nice neighborhood close to grocery stores, coffee shops and on a transit line. Very good kitchen and very clean house. Reasonably priced, at least, as far as Vancouver goes. The two person bedroom is more like an office than a bedroom with not a ton of space. You can hear the low sound of conversations through the walls even at low reasonable indoor levels and could hear whoever was upstairs pacing back and forth and rolling around in their office chair until late into the night on the Saturday . It's house not a hotel so there was no expectation of sound proofing just something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper. We weren't in Vancouver to hang out in the house so it was comfortable place to stay and make our home base.

Kirstin (2/5): Anything but cozy, location was good but uncomfortable beds, dorm, style furnishings, very expensive for the value. - Location was good for our purposes and parking was in front of the house on the street, which was very convenient. The owner was very nice, but the description about the place being cozy is anything but accurate. The rooms felt like dormitory rooms at an old and dated school dormitory. House amenities had a limited amount of mugs and coffee and just bare bones. Utensils, we got one bath towel and one hand towel for each person, and both were very old and scratchy, yet the washcloths in the shared bathroom and kitchen or shared by all and we could tell they had been used. No sponges for the kitchen. Multiple guests coming in and out and staying in their own rooms, which made it uncomfortable to want to hang out in the common area. Just felt that it was very basic and that renting was an afterthought, for $1000 almost for two nights, we felt the value was very poor.

The only thing that wasn’t so great was that I found the mattress quite uncomfortable and hard in the upstairs double room. Other than that everything was very clean and pleasant! A. (5/5): No cozy stay. - Nothing Rooms were hot. There were only 01 fan. There is No A/C in the house. 1st night was worst. We couldn't sleep that night. We have no choice except to stay there. Then i asked the property owner for fan then the provide.
