- Stephanie (7/5): We had a lovely stay really enjoyed the place unfortunately the staff from a customer service perspective were not great - The size of the property and layout was great. Plenty of space for a large family or families coming together. The large living and dining space was great. The location was fantastic with just a short walk to the Main Street and the three sisters, plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops around. We loved the property and our stay in the blue mountains unfortunately my experiences with the staff from a customer service perspective were very poor both prior and post the stay which put a slight damper on things however the property was great for a family getaway.

- Michel (7/5): - Fantastic location, lots of rooms and space. We found it odd that there were no flyscreens on any windows and because it was raining we couldn’t open any thing. It felt musty and we couldn’t stop sneezing!

- Taryn (10/5): Lovely relaxing stay in Katoomba, close to town and great walking trails - Such a beautiful house that was conveniently located in Katoomba - we walked to the Three Sisters lookout and into town, it was great being so easy to access everything. The property was lovely, clean and spacious; our dog stayed with us and he loved the garden. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortably slept 8 adults, 2 good bathrooms. 2 living areas were useful and the back decking area also lovely. Walked to the start of our Katoomba walk from here. Kitchen had everything you’d want including glad wrap, oil, every utensil and even ready frozen ice cubes. About the only complaint I hear was that some thought their pillows needed replacing
- Edwin (10/5): Very comfortable and well presented accommodation that we felt straight at home in with our family. - Excellent facilities, very well presented, thought out and catered for all our needs. There was plenty of shower wash, kitchen provisions, coffee pods and well provisioned kitchen. It was very comfortable, lovely fireplace with plenty of wood to burn, beds were super comfortable, nice linen and the whole place was clean and tidy. The deck area was very comfortable and BBQ were very easy to use. Garden area was secure to let the dogs run around. It was all excellent.

- Nerrilee (1/5): The house was clean but isn’t dog friendly - It was clean. This property is meant to be dog friendly. My dog put a few marks on the WHITE FABRIC LOUNGE & it was raining all weekend. I was charged around $420 for that! I will never go there again. Why would anyone have a white fabric lounge in a dog friendly house?

- Sally (10/5): La Villette is the perfect destination and weekend getaway for friends and family wanting to explore Katoomba and surrou - La Villette has been recently renovated and decorated and has great accomodation for families - 3 double bedrooms and a bunk double (single top bed) bedroom. The two living spaces and outdoor deck are perfect for larger groups of friends or family. It’s a short 10min walk to nearby Echoes Point / Lilianfels Spa and easy distance to Katoomba centre. Jodie from Blackbird Property Mgt was very helpful throughout the booking process and very responsive for any questions during our stay. Thanks again for a lovely weekend away. Will definitely by back again soon. N/a

- Booking.com.au (10/5): Gorgeous accomodation - Beautiful cosy accommodation with everything we needed for our 3 night stay with family. The house is perfectly located, within walking distance to Echo Point, Scenic World, walks and Katoomba shopping centre. The house was exactly like the photos and the fire place in the second lounge room provided a warm cosy place to retreat to each night after a day of sightseeing and the electric blankets on each bed was a bonus.
- Karen (9/5): Comfortable Central stay in Katoomba - La Villette is in a great position, an easy 15 minute walk to the 3 Sisters and close to town. The house is roomy with 2 lounge / sitting areas. With a group of 8 people it’s essential to have the 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are nicely appointed with comfortable beds. You get lovely winter sunshine in the house and we enjoyed the BBQ area on the covered deck. The kitchen is well appointed and there is a lovely big communal dining table in the open lounge / dining / kitchen area. Having WiFi and Netflix and Kayo available was appreciated. Love that the front door has a code for entry so no need to worry about keys! We enjoyed playing Finska in the nice backyard area. Overall we had a great stay.

- Michelle (10/5): If you stay at this property, you won't be disappointed. Your time here will be amazing. - The property was very clean and comfortable, and there were many food outlets close by. The 3 sisters walk were just down the road, as well as Wentworth falls, which were both amazing.

We were offered an earlier check in, but it was at very short notice and too late to take into account for planning. The check out time (10am) was also quite early considering the next check in would be at 4pm again.

House set up was nice and living space was large for 4 adults and 2 young children. Jodie from Blackbird Property was lovely - provided a lot of information and support.
