• Sue (7/5): - The unit was spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the linen and towels were a good quality. Overall we had a good experience however there was a lot of noise from the family activities at night. The sound proofing was poor. The hosts did not engage with us at all , except to rectify a few issues on check in. PS there is no hair dryer or hair conditioner which we ended up buying ourselves. Overall though we thought it was good value. The noise from upstairs.

• Knappett (10/5): Nice comfortable basement suite. - Nice clean place very functional parking on street was good too. Sink drain was a little stuck didn't drain properly just need cleaning out though so not a big problem

• David (3/5): Needs lots of improvements, host was very friendly! - Bed was clean and comfy! No towels, 1 towel for my husband and I, no light by very dark and in the backyard of home to get in, had to go through garage to get to basement, security cameras all over basement, would have been better by back door, needs door from basement up to owners floor, no dish towels and no shampoo or soap but used tube of toothpaste left on bed! No instructions to use for t.v and only movie channels, could not get weather or news! No instructions for back door lock system!
• Ify (10/5): Exceptional - The fact that it felt like home away from home can never be over emphasized on.......hosts made sure I was comfortable, dedicated their time to ensure I was comfortable, I wouldn't have asked for a better place because I got a perfect place for the purpose of my visit and I'll definitely recommend this place, everything was just on point...........I'll definitely remember this place for a very very long time

• Faramarz (1/5): I do not recommend the place. - 1) facial tissue and wipes were taken by the landlord and I did not have the stuff when needed 2) the private entrance was like an aviculture's entrance 3) the door lock was not working, and everyone could enter easily 4) bedlinen was dirty, and I had to wash it. It took my ticket for using washing machine and I could not do the laundry for myself. 5) the garbage was accumulated in the kitchen for some days
