• Jerusha (5/5): - The location was great, not too far away from everything They had a stock up pile of everything which was good They gave us a broken bed and did not even offer to move us to another room The walls were dirty Their instructions were not clear e.g. where to pick up keys, where the hotel was, how to switch on the electricity in the apartment The elevators were very slow There was nobody at the reception at all times

• Simon (9/5): Lovely clean and well-appointed apartment, great location, - Property was excellent - clean, tidy, well-appointed. Lovely place to stay. Great location. Facilities were good, and the kitchen was great. Descriptions/instructions to find the apartment could have been better - please help guests by describing which entry to the complex, and with an apartment number that matches what is on the door (no "B"). And with travelling for business - please get a proper full height ironing board and an iron that works (it kept going cold when steam was enabled).

• Katrina (5/5): Disappointed with cleanliness - Great location, close to transport, supermarket and attractions. Was not clean at all. Oven was so dirty we couldn't use it. Dishwasher stank. Washing machine was dirty and mouldy. Shower was mouldy and there was snot on the wall. Crumbs all over the counter. Some strange stain on the bedroom blind. Bedroom balcony door didn't open. Floors were dirty. Whole apartment needs a good clean. No microwave. Oil dripping from air vent above stove. The pool would have been better if it had been cleaned. I saw cleaners walking around but not actually doing anything.

• Catarina (9/5): Great cozy apartment with all the amenities, but some disappointments - Perfect location, close to supermarket, shopping and public transport. Very comfortable, cozy apartment with all the amenities you could want. We especially appreciated the european style laundry and modern kitchen. I would stay here again, although a couple of things need to be changed. The host did not seem involved much with this apartment, the approach was rather impersonal and some of the manual instructions for our stay, were written in an unwelcoming, passive aggressive language. I would advise the host to possibly rewrite this as everyone wants to feel welcomed into a new space. Or consider if you should call yourself a host. The instructions to check in were not informative enough, it was not clear which building we were staying in and we really struggled to find the correct building (it took the help of a few kind strangers). This is something that needs to be clarified in future by the host as we arrived late at night, with heavy bags and completely lost. There was a lot of handy information missing from check in instructions. The hairdryer provided blew up in my hand and I had no way of using it, which was really terrible. When I asked the host for a replacement hairdryer I was told to buy one myself and provide a receipt for reimbursement. I don't think this is what people want to spend their holiday time on. It should have been organised by the host, not myself.

Bella piscina Le chiavi vengono consegnate in un negozio a 6 minuti a piedi dal appartamento, situato in un altro palazzo. L’appartamento di giorno era completamente buio anche se c’era il sole non entrava luce. Palestra piccolissima super affollata.
• David (9/5): This is a clean, comfortable, modern apartment suitable for solo travellers or couples in a very good position close to - This property has an excellent location for interstate or overseas travellers, being very close to the airport bus station and local trains and trams to access the city area easily. It is also close to shops for purchasing immediate needs and not far away from cafes and restaurants. The apartment is modern, very clean and has good facilities for a short or longer stay. The air conditioning was quite cool and didn’t seem to be adjustable. Some warmer bedding would be advantageous. There is no free to air TV. It seems to be set up just for streaming.

• Wee (6/5): I am happy to stay there, but pls your service have to improve - It is quite a convenient place, clean and quiet, but sometime got dog barking noise Your service have to improve, I did mentioned have to collect key at 2:00 pm, but I have to wait at bnb concierge there half an hour, and I did complaint to Lina about the hair dryer faulty , but no response until 2 days later then ask me to complaint with the host, I think your service very slow
