• Achraf (2/5): En conclusion je suis déçu et je ne conseille pas si vous souhaitez vous reposer la nuit et passer un séjour tranquille. - C’était propre et il y avait internet et assez de divertissement Nous avons eu le code une heure avant notre check in. Aucune indication ne nous a été donnée sur les lieux, les appareils. Nous croisons l’une des propriétaires et elle ne répond pas à notre bonjour. Le soir même nous étions revenu, et ils avaient fermé la porte de l’intérieur, que nous n’avions évidemment pas. Nous avions dû attendre dans le froid hivernal que le propriétaire vienne nous ouvrir de l’intérieur, sans plus d’excuse ou d’explications. Nous n’avons donc pas de clef quand on sort pour fermer derrière nous, seulement un code pour l’extérieur. Ce même extérieur qui n’est pas sécurisé durant l’hiver : l’allée qui n’est pas salée est gelée et m’a fait tomber. C’est dangereux. Les lits n’avaient pas de couverture alors qu’il faisait -15 degrés lorsque nous sommes arrivés, lorsqu’on a demandé des couvertures on nous en a fourni qu’un couvre lit alors qu’il savait bien que nous étions une famille de quatre. Lors du séjour nous avons demandé où nous pourrions jeter les poubelles, et on nous a fait comprendre qu’il fallait les laisser jusqu’à la fin du séjour quand il les récoltera lui même. En résultat nous avions plusieurs sacs de poubelles dans le logement pendant plusieurs jours dont nous ne pouvions pas nous débarrasser. Le bruit était sûrement le pire. Nous comprenons qu’il y ait des enfants mais les meubles qui bougent et ces mêmes enfants qui courent et crient jusqu’à pas d’heure ne devraient pas être à vivre. Niveau matériel c’était plus que limite, trois couverts et trois assiettes pour quatre personnes.

• Angie (4/5): - In terms of the space itself, is small but comfortable, and the beds were actually quite cozy, which we appreciated. The kitchen runs on gas, which is a great feature; however, the kitchen could benefit from better cookware and utensils, as the current selection is quite limited. Our stay had several issues that affected our overall experience. First, upon arrival we received no instructions besides the access code. There was no information about parking, house rules, or how to use the property, which led to confusion from the beginning. Once inside, we noticed that some basic maintenance was lacking. One of the bedroom lights flickered constantly, and a couple of bulbs in the common areas were not working. Additionally, the kitchen floor was sticky when we arrived, suggesting it hadn’t been cleaned properly. We had to clean it ourselves, and this made it clear that the property is missing essential cleaning supplies, including laundry soap. The amenities provided were also insufficient. With colder weather approaching, the bedding is too light—only a thin blanket that doesn’t offer proper warmth. Even though the heating works, not everyone is comfortable with the same temperature, so better blankets would be appreciated. Towels are also not provided, which is a significant inconvenience unless guests are aware and bring their own. Because of the lack of clear instructions, we parked at the front of the house on the first day and were woken up at 6 a.m. by the host asking us to move the car. This was quite disruptive and could have been easily avoided with proper guidance. Finally, noise insulation from the upper floor is very poor. On Sunday morning, we were awakened early by loud footsteps, objects being moved, and other constant sounds, making it difficult to rest or enjoy a quiet morning. Overall, the place has potential, but several aspects—especially communication, cleanliness, supplies, and noise—need improvement for future guests to have a more comfortable stay.

• Fry (8/5): Great deal for a vacation. - I loved the entire living area and the washer and dryer option to wash our clothes while we were there. It was a nice bonus as well to be able to watch Netflix. One thing I wasn't keen on was the internet shut off the TV at 10:30 pm. The beds were a little too firm for my back, and there was minimal kitchen supplies and a small sponge instead of dish cloth for doing dishes and wiping counters. Also it said that it included parking, however you cannot park in the drive way, you have to park on the busy street.

I like to cook my own meals but the kitchen was poorly equipped with scratched up non stick pots and pans, so if you want to cook bring your own cookware. It was relatively quiet just what I needed on a short turnaround for work. All in all would recommend.

Separate temperature control in the unit. Spacious bedrooms with clean, comfortable beds. In-suite laundry and full kitchen. Responsive hosts. Would stay again. We had a long drive and arrived in the middle of the night to find that the lever (which requires a key) was locked and we couldn't get into the unit. We waited about 1.5 - 2 hours for a response from the host (granted it was 3:30 am when I called them) before we could get inside. Not a great experience after driving for several hours. We found the unit quite cold even though it was August and warm, and were grateful that there was a separate thermostat for the unit as we needed to have the heat on to keep the space comfortable during our stay. The bedrooms are spacious and the unit has the basic necessities for a short stay.
