• Ahmet (8/5): Toplamda 5 kişi kaldık. Sayımıza rağmen evin büyüklüğü ve kullanımı gayet iyiydi. - En çok sevdiğim konumu oldu. Tramvaya ulaşmak ve U3 metroya ulaşmak çok ama çok kolaydı. İlan resimleri ile aynı özelliklere rastladık. Bunun dışında ev sahibi ile iletişime geçmek çok kolaydı ve sorularımıza anında cevap verildi. Ev yakınında yeterince lokanta ve market bulunuyor. Wifi kesintisiz çalıştı. Sıcak su kesintisiz 24 saat vardı. Çamaşır makinesinin olması çok işe yaradı. 3. Katta olması biraz yorucu oldu. Asansör küçük ve zaman zaman arızalı olabiliyor. Yaşlıların burada konaklaması biraz zor olabilir. 4 hafta gibi uzun bir süre kaldık ve bu süre içinde yastık ve çarşafların temiziyle değiştirilmesi yapılsaydı çok iyi olurdu. Tuvaletteki klozet alışageldiğimizden farklı yapıdaydı, farklı bir modelle değiştirilmesi iyi olabilir.

• Małgorzata (9/5): I will definitely consider this apartment when planning my next visit to Vienna. - First of all, the location is great. Tram and bus stops are just 2-3 minutes away. Grocery stores are very close by. The apartment is spacious, warm, and quiet. The kitchen has enough cooking utensils. There is a separate toilet and bathroom. The staff was very helpful. Quite a specific, cramped lift (this cannot be improved). Very slippery bathtub. It would be useful to add small items such as additional bin bags, kitchen cloths and floor cloths to the equipment.
• Niciforovic (10/5): - Everything was perfect, polite hosts, nice apartment, kitchen is big and has everything for longer stay. Sleeping was nice, beds are comfortable. It is quiet place and with nice connection to the city center. Everything was good.

• Sergant Hoppi (7/5): - Die Lage ist super. Es gibt um die Ecke an der U Bahn Station ein kleines Café was sehr zu empfehlen ist. Die Wohnung ist funktional und hat alles was man braucht wenn alles funktioniert. Der Fahrstuhl ist max für eine Person mit Gepäck und fährt auch nicht immer. Es gab mehrere Mängel z.b. nicht funktioniert hat die Toilettenspülung, wir haben den Spülkasten mit einem Eimer befüllen müssen. Es gab noch ein zwei kaputte Sachen welche ich sofort bemängelt habe, jedoch war die Reaktion darauf eher dürftig.

• Gizem Deniz (8/5): Fiyat/Performans ok ama gizliliğe daha fazla önem gösterilmeli. - Ev genel olarak yeterliydi, bizlerle iletişime geçerek bir sorun olup olmadığının sorulması güzeldi. Mutfak eşyaları yemek hazırlamak için yeterliydi. Metroya çok yakındı, toplu taşıma ile ulaşım olanağı güzeldi. Yakında market bulunuyordu. Lekeli tabaklar vardı, çamaşır makinesinin arkasında bize ait olmayan bir eşya bırakılmıştı. Detaylı temizliğe daha dikkat edilmesi gerekir. Duvarlar ince, üst kattan ve yandan çok fazla gürültü geliyordu. Banyoya bakan ve merdivenden çıkan kişilerin direk içeriyi görebildiği bir pencere olması çok saçma, bu konuda özellikle yorumlardan görüp sorun giderildi mi dediğimde sorun kalmadığını iletmişlerdi fakat gerçekte öyle değildi. Ne perde ne de camı kapatmak için folyo vs koyulmuştu. Bunun kesinlikle giderilmesi gerekir. Banyodaki lavabo altındaki dolabın çekmecesine akıntı yapıyordu, son dakika farkettik. Bunun da giderilmesi gerek, çekmece kullanılabilir değil akıntı nedeniyle.

• Luca (9/5): - Appartamento pulito e spazioso (più di come appare nelle foto) Letti comodi e arredamento essenziale ma funzionale e fornito quasi di tutto. A pochi metri da due supermercati e dalla metro U3 che porta direttamente a Stephanplatz. Ristoranti e forni in zona.
• Magdalena (10/5): - Mieszkanie w doskonałej lokalizacji, kilka kroków od metra. Urządzone minimalistycznie bez żadnych ozdób, bardzo czyste.. Lubimy twardsze materace więc doskonale się wysypialiśmy.. Świetnym rozwiązaniem było wejście do.mieszkania na kod ( bez kluczy) , każdy mógł wracać o innej godzinie. Instrukcje od wlasciciela były jasne i czytelne. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni Ja jestem artystą, a Wiedeń to miasto ludzi niezwykłych więc może powiesiłabym na ścianach jakieś plakaty albo inne akcenty Gustava Klimta, Mozarta lub Sisi aby było bardziej przutulnie ale w żaden sposób to nie wpływa na komfort pobytu. To po prostu moja artystyczna wizja.

• Saracino (8/5): Appartamento confortevole - Casa pulita, accogliente,calda e molto confortevole. C'era tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Lenzuola e asciugamani, se si vuole cucinare c'è tutto l'occorrente.La posizione è ottima! Nei dintorni c'è la Despar, ristoranti, c'è un panificio dove si può fare anche colazione con dei dolci molto buoni. C'è anche una banca dove poter prelevare e tanti negozi. È una zona ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto, e la metro si trova a pochi metri di distanza dalla casa, quindi per arrivare in centro è un attimo. Ed è anche una zona molto tranquilla. Il proprietario non l'abbiamo incontrato,ci ha dato istruzioni per il check in con messaggio WhatsApp, ci ha mandato anche consigli e informazioni utili per visitare Vienna, e si è messo anche a disposizione nel caso ci servisse qualcosa. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.Consiglio questo appartamento per i vostri soggiorni a Vienna.

• Lucia (8/5): Comodo - Posizione comoda, spazi accoglienti, temperatura camera confortevole. Staff disponibile e efficiente. Pulizia generale buona. Numerosi ragni, ragnatele e insetti morti. Non ci sono tende oscuranti abbastanza grandi per coprire interamente la finestra. Bagno doccia separato dal bagno con wc.

• Kasia (10/5): Obiekt warty swojej ceny - Po zdjęciach nie spodziewałam się szału. Jednak apartament przerósł moje oczekiwania, jest przede wszystkim czysty i przestronny. Trochę głośno, bo okna wychodzą na ulicę, ale do przeżycia🙂 bardzo blisko stacje - metra i przystanki tramwajowe. My zostawiliśmy auto na P+R i poruszaliśmy się wyłącznie komunikacją miejską. Miejscówka naprawdę warta polecenia. W pobliżu również Lidl i Spar. Będziemy miło wspominać pobyt w apartamencie. Nie ma informacji gdyby ktoś szukał, ręczniki również są na miejscu🙂

• Josep (3/5): Ascensor estropeado todos los días - El apartamento estaba limpio. La valoración cae en picado porque se definió el apartamento con ascensor y, cuando llegamos, el ascensor no funcionaba y tuvimos que subir 3 plantas cada día (y el primero con todas las maletas). Lo comunicamos y nos comentaron que ya lo sabían y que lo repararían, pero no vino nadie durante la estancia de 4 días. Vinimos con gente mayor que les supuso una gran dificultad subir tantas escaleras.

• Miroslav (9/5): - Die Lage top. Sauber, Betten gut. Das im 2. Zimmer kein TV Gerät war. Das im TV kein Fernsehprogramm funktioniert hat Das der Lift nicht anständig funktionierte 3 Etagen sollte man schon mit Lift schaffen.
• Nan (8/5): Very good - Great location and great facilities in general. The fan was broken, and the electric lock was a bit difficult to open sometimes.
• Philip (6/5): Has potential but very minimalist - Check in was efficient into a clean apartment and it was located very near to the ubahn station and 49 tram stop.the bedrooms were clean but walls were very cold and bare. Apartment lacked homeliness so we left after just two nights The bathroom basin plug system was broken, the bedside lights were not attached to wall. There was an uncovered glass window next to bathroom which needed a curtain. We only stayed two nights out of five

• Bogdan (9/5): Good location, excellent value - It is very close to the subway, you can get to the center with ease. It is also easily reachable from the airport, it took around 1 hour including finding out where to go and also buying tickets. It's clean and well equipped for longer stays, there are no loud neighbours to disturb your sleep.
• Tutukaka (8/5): Very good - So close to metro, trams and transport network. Excellent small supermarket on the corner, also bank and restaurants. Spacious rooms. Heating luxurious. Soundproof. Fantastic washing machine. More equipment in kitchen eg scissors, bin liners, .tea towels, dish cloth. Cleaning very spotty, floor gritty. Freezer needs defrosting. We would have liked to put garbage out but no bags or instructions.
• Azmir (8/5): Great location - Location is very close to subway, tram, groceries, banks and halal restaurants. Although small, there is a lift. There is a transparent window panel that can see through from outside the unit to the bathroom and toilet area.
• Sam (8/5): Great place to stay if you want to visit all the wonderful places in Vienna on a shoe-string! - The apartment was in a convenient location, close to the Schweglerstrasse metro station (U3) and a Spa supermarket that sells organic food. It was very clean with all the utensils needed for food preparation. There were no noisy neighbours! There were insufficient receptacles for recycling waste, including for glass, plastic bottles and food waste. There is no ventilation in the toilet. Plumper pillows would have been nice!
