• Jane (8/5): Overall this was a great place to stay for a few nights. - Great location and a well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy and the bedrooms were spacious. The upstairs only has a toilet and small basin, which the occupant of the nice upstairs bedroom used and she had to go downstairs to shower. A little table would have been useful in the toilet area for a wash bag.

• Kelly (9/5): Awesome place to stay, very spacious and modern. Great location and Angela was a great host - Spacious and had everything we needed No fans in bedrooms so was a little warm at night
• Vidya (9/5): Home away from home without cramping lifestyle - A railing in the staircase would be most apprecited after a wine glass or two. Blinds on the sliding door would keep lounge area cool in summer afternoon. It got hot and blinding sun would make sofa area unusable.

• Jane (9/5): Fabulous! An exceptional apartment! - It was beautifully clean on arrival and a real home from home. The kitchen had everything you could need and the apartment was close to so many tourist spots and good eateries. Angela was so helpful. We would definitely recommend this exceptional apartment. Perhaps the use of the light switches could be better explained in the Welcome pack but it was not a big problem.

• NORICHIKA (10/5): - リビングや寝室が明るくて広い。バスルーム近くにあるクローゼットも非常に広い。キッチンの設備はやや痛みがある食器があったがほとんどは適当で問題無し。街の中心部からは少し外れているがその分静かで環境が良い。駐車場（シャッター付きがレージ）が無料なので車利用を前提とすれば非常に便利です。次回もまた利用したい。 玄関ドアのロックのかけ方にちょっとテクニックが必要（外出時に外から鍵でロックしようとするとうまくいかない。あらかじめ内側でロックをかけた状態にしてからドアを閉めるとよい）
• Sarah (9/5): EVERYTHING you need and more, a home away from home! - Could not fault, very clean, quiet and great location. Felt like a home away from home. Would stay again. Not that it affected our stay but having one key would be an issue if with a group as you need it for everything, so if wanting to come and go at different times it would be not possible.
• Tina (9/5): Comfy and Modern - The apartment was located conveniently next to the Penny Royal Theme Park and the Catarat Gorge. We went to the gorge or the Royal Garden every morning for a morning stroll. Truly such a treat. We were also within walking distance to the heart of the city. The living area was spacious and comfortable. The Kitchen was so well equipped we found it easy to cook at night when we wanted to. The air con was sufficient on warm days and the toilets were clean. They also supplied laundry facilities which we made use of. A bonus was that there was a cross trainer for those of us who likes to do more exercise while others lay around watching tv. The host gave us very clear directions on check in, including where to turn and park and kept regular contact with us which we appreciate. The light switches were a bit confusing and a few of the light bulbs were out completely but it didn't really bother us.

• Joseph (10/5): Very bright , clean and spacious apartment in central location in Launceston. - Great central location, very spacious living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, owner provided some basic provisions for our arrival. Sunny balcony area with BBQ. Free parking for rental car. Access was a little difficult, lift was out of action meaning cases had to be carried up stairs.

Car parking on site and easy to access. Property was right next to Cataract Gorge where we walked everyday and a very short walk to town - ideal location and a lively view of the river. High tech lighting system was a little challenging. We worked it out.

I didn't like the internal stairs, I have knee problems and found it problematic to move between the 2 floors, however the remainder of my group had no issues with the stairs at all.

Most of all, Angela is very considerate and understanding. She let us stay a bit longer than the normal checkout time as our flight is in the afternoon.. Nothing

The only downside is that my kids now expect this type of accommodation as the standard We didn't use the lift cause it was weird and if you needed a lift then that could be a downside

There are also stairs getting to the apartment and a small elevator that isn’t always working. We hiked the gorge while our friends walked to do the crosses and had lunch on the water - all a very short walk. Also walked along Brisbane street. Very convenient.

• Susan (8/5): Great location. - Great location for our group. Had everything we needed. Lounge room furniture a bit dated, but it was comfortable so all good.
• Valerie (7/5): Good - We loved the apartment and very high finishes, it was very clean and catered to 6 adults easily It was very hard to locate as there was no signage on the building, we drove around and around several times trying to find the address. We had to ring them 2 times to get more details, we were told that we could use lift to get our luggage up to 1st floor but lift had bèen out of order for weeks. We had to manually lug all our luggage up several flights of stairs.. We also were very disappointed with no fans or airconditioning in downstairs rooms as it was very uncomfortable sleeping at night.
• Mei (9/5): Quality home at excellent location. Stay like a queen~ - Well kept apartment with good decoration and excellent location. Comprehensive supply of daily items with good quality bedding and towels etc. The lift wasn’t working. It’s the only downside. It matters when you’re exhausted on arrival and desperate for a good rest. No fun with a tired body with heavy luggage and got to read instructions for check in at the same.
• Michael (10/5): Great place to stay in Launceston, huge living space and very well kept and stocked. - While being a three bedroom apartment the living space was bigger than our house in Sydney, it was very spacious over two levels and the kids loved it. The property was also extremely well kept and well stocked, would definitely recommend. Location is also great, just a 10 min walk / 2 min drive to the city centre.

• Craig (10/5): A very comfortable stay that allows you to relax, take in the sites of Launceston and simply enjoy yourself. - Modern, very clean, spacious and within walking distance of shops, CBD, Cataract Gorge and some very beautiful and scenic walks. Nothing to not like, it was fantastic!

Angela was very helpful. - Very well appointed apartment with a lot of effort made to provide everything needed for a great stay, including some basic food items . It would be a very good place to live, not just stay for a few days. Two good restaurants just next door either side was great. Two lockup car spaces was very good. Very big, modern and comfortable with some river views. Unfortunately, there was a bit of construction work happening across the road making some noise early, but only for a couple of days. Not the fault of the host. Otherwise, I could not fault the apartment.
