Darren (1/5): Disgusting - On arrival I was told it was shared accommodation, there was no lock on the bedroom and the guy who showed me round slept on the settee I felt totally misled and ripped off , it was impossible to find alternative accommodation that late in the day when I had business to carry out that after and ended having to take my valuables with me ,I demand a full refund
