• Mattias (10/5): Underbar vistelse i staden som andas Miami Vice!! - Boendet ligger centralt downtown med bra parkeringsmöjligheter och mycket bra faciliteter såsom pool, gym, terrass och social klubb med biljard. Området kändes oxå väldigt säkert. Det enda som möjligtvis saknades var en balkong.

• Nelia (9/5): Amazing stay, close to Wynwood, 20 min to South Beach. - Amazing view with great location. Free parking. Big walk in closet, decent kitchen enough to make a breakfast. Laundry machine is very loud, TV in the bedroom wasn’t working.

• David (9/5): Clean and well presented - Parking, kitchen and gym, pool Checking in was very complicated. Would have liked GPS location of garage rather than a video and sketch. A car was in our space. Space markings mostly erased. Think it was an illegal Airbnb but didn’t affect us.
• Leonie (10/5): Exceptional - Very convenient location! The building facilities were great, with a fully equipped gym and pool. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed.
• Juliette (10/5): Exceptional - The property is conveniently located just off of I-95 with beautiful views of the city and nearby buildings especially at night. The large windows in the living room and bedroom made it easy to get lost in viewing the scenery. The neighbourhood is super safe, always saturated with law enforcement nearby, mostly surrounding stores like Publix, Burlington, Target and Aldi, only about a 5-minute walk away from the building. It was so nice taking an evening stroll with my hubby who agreed with me that this was the best place we've stayed in Miami so far. The water in the shower did not get very hot. I prefer a steaming shower especially since the temperature at times was in the 50s in Miami. The water got warm, but I would have enjoyed more heat. All of the other faucets produced really hot water though. But that's a microscopic issue in comparison to all the things we enjoyed about this place.

The only thing I will say was that the shower wasn’t very powerful. But apart from that everything was great and amazing value for money in Miami!
• Natalie (10/5): Fantastic stay - Check-in & check-out was very straight forward & great communication with the host. Location was perfect, building had great facilities & parking was secure. We had everything we needed in the apartment, TV in both living area & bedroom and the added bonus was the washing machine & dryer. View from the apartment was lovely and also view from the sky lounge! Would absolutely stay here again! Couple of noisy neighbours but other than that nothing

• Denise (7/5): Beautiful Apartment w/Free Parking💯 - The apartment was beautiful. Awesome view of the city. It smelled great. Publix was in walking distance. I like the free parking. ❤️ I didn't like the check in process. I didn't like the smell of dog poop and urine on the outside of the building. Fire detector needed batteries. Maintenance did come. However, when I got back from dinner it started to beep again. Not alot of restaurants in the area to my liking.

• Ana (9/5): It was great - The keys were inside the appartment that was unlocked for check in and we left the keys the same way inside the appartment and left the door unlocked. We sent a photo of the keys and expected same feedback from the host but we didn´t receive any message. During the stay there were also some questions that we did not receive any answer from our host.

No indication of entry into building & who we’d be dealing with.

It has an underground parking lot, a gym and a shared terrace. I will definitely go back there again! N/A

• Paula (10/5): Trendy getaway - We were going to a concert at the Kaseya Center so the location was perfect, 15 minute walk distance, close to restaurants, Brigthline and train station, markets too. Nice amenities at the building like the pool and game room, clean apartment, spacious, beautiful view of the city and comfortable bed. .
