• Herr Karatas (4/5): Unverschämt und nicht sauber - Die Lage und der Meerblick das war auch das einzig gute, mehr gibt es nicht. Die Chefin wollte 20€ für frische Handtücher nach 3 Tagen. Ich fand das absurd die mitarbeitern die geputzt hat wollte uns welche geben und dann rief die Chefin an und hat sie drauf hingewiesen das Sie von uns 20e kassieren soll. Auch die Mitarbeiterin war überrascht das Sie 20e dafür kassiern soll. Die Duscheinrichtung war schlecht Halterungen sind abgebrochen Warmwasser braucht lang und kommt zu wenig. Ablauf funktioniert nicht einwandfrei Sauberkeit lässt alle Wünsche offen. Es waren in der Schublade vom Vorgänger Unterwäsche drin also Kontrolle gibt es hier nicht wirklich. Aber kontrolliert 20e für Handtücher verlangen geht. Es gibt bessere schlafplatz Möglichkeiten.

• Vilma (9/5): Nice room with amazing views - Beautiful and very clean apartment. Nice towels and comfortable bed. The view is amazing, can swim just in front of the building. Very responsive hosts. Had issues with hot water and elevator, although it was the issue of the building rather than the managers of apartment. They did everything possible to resolve the issue.

• Julie (5/5): Très bien mais avec une fin très décevante - La vue , la propreté. Le dernier jour , nous n’avons plus eu d’eau enfin la journée d’avant notre dernière nuit. Donc ni toilettes ni douches ni rien. Étant enceinte de 7 mois et demi, pleine chaleur , pas pouvoir ni aller aux toilettes ni se laver c’est pas possible. L’établissement ne propose rien d’autres qu’un « bon d’achat » valable dans leurs propriétés. C’est inadmissible, j’avais demandé une indemnisation pour la dernière nuit mais apparemment vu que le séjour déjà effectué ( notre départ étant ce jour a 11h ) donc pas terminé , pas de remboursement ou d’indemnités. Alors que nous avons payés nous aussi et ne pensions pas nous retrouver même si ce n’est qu’une nuit sans eau. Le bon d’achat dans leurs propriétés , alors que nous voyageons pas pour revenir aux mêmes endroits nous visitions plusieurs pays / villes. C’est absolument pas correct. Quand on est professionnels il peut arriver ce genre de désagrément , mais avec un 32 degré , sans douche ni toilettes , c’est inadmissible de ne proposer qu’un bon d’achat compte tenu apparemment pcq le séjour a été payé en intégralité ( encore heureux d’ailleurs c’est toujours payé à l’avance ) Voilà. En espérant que vous n’ayez pas de désagrément parce que vous n’aurez pas d’autres choix que de revenir dans une de leurs propriétés apparemment pour faire valoir un bon d’achat dont Je n’ai même pas le montant.
• Arevik (7/5): normal - The location and the view from the balcony were the only real advantages, in my opinion. The photos on the page appear to be heavily photoshopped — the actual place is not as clean as shown. The accommodation had worn-out furniture, particularly near the bed. The bedsheets were dirty, and unfortunately, the owner did not replace them after request. Additionally, no drying rack or solution was provided for our swimsuits, and we had to specifically request one — which was eventually provided. Overall, while the location is great, the condition and cleanliness of the property were disappointing

• Ioli (7/5): Recommended - Comfortable, very nice view, clean Great location Easy to find parking Checkin and checkout super-easy Safe Quite place Did not need more amenities than what provided Smell was a bit unpleasant Frost in the fridge my fruits went off, this is because it gets very warm in the cupboard with air not cooling external fridge. Iron board not attractive to use Top of side tables
• Marion (1/5): VERY UNSAFE BUILDING DO NOT STAY HERE! - The view is nice Toilet wasn't clean, Shower door and shower head broken, host said it was not broken before we went in! We found the cleaner Jessica who informed us they have always been broken. Staircase is filthy and a is basically a derelict building. Door to building never locked and smelt of urine! Definitely not a secure safe place. The minute we saw it asked host for a refund she point blank refused ( Angelika) was very unhelpful until we were almost leaving and then started apologising and saying they would take feedback on board.

But I have 3 comments There’s a smell in the building main entrance and the elevator and it’s bad like a dead animal 2- the idea of going out to turn the hot water on! It’s very bad. Because I am in a holiday not living in this house! 3 the walls and the balcony are everything you could hear the people next door and difficult to sleep
