- Roberto (9/5): Pessoal da locação atencioso e local maravilhoso - Local da casa e da casa também bem prática com três banheiros muito confortável Precisa algumas manutenções portas e tomadas de energia e limpeza dos ventiladores somente para melhorar os ambientes devido a taxa de limpeza

A casa é antiga e precisa de uma boa reforma, as tomadas dos quartos não funcionam, os ventiladores de teto da sala e cozinha não estavam funcionando foi deixado um ventilador de chão completamente quebrado pra usar na sala, as janelas não tinha trancas. O casa e muito grande e tem um espaço excelente mas precisa de uma manutenção completa na casa toda para entregar o mínimo conforto.

- Paula (10/5): - Fomos muito bem recebidos, a casa é grande e bem localizada. A única coisa que poderia melhorar é a manutenção de algumas tomadas, portas e janelas, mas no geral é tudo muito bom.
