Well equipped bathrooms

Great view of city The bed in the bedroom without the en-suite is not very comfortable.
- Hannah-louise (5/5): Not wonderful, massively overpriced but okay location. - The location was good, still a 10-15 min walk into the main area of Melbourne that tourists want to be in, very close to festival hall though which is where we were going. We had to pay a further $500 deposit which was due on the day, I assumed we would pay when we arrived but no information was given until that deposit was paid. The keys are not available on site, we had to walk another 10 mins to a key locker to collect them. No one on site would watch our bags either so we had to take them with us. this wasn’t told to us until after we had already arrived and tried multiple times to contact the host, they wouldn’t answer the phone and requested text messaging but didn’t respond to those until we sent multiple texts. Only 1 set of keys were available which made it very hard considering there were 3 people staying in the apartment. There was a horrendous smell on the floor of the apartment too, seemed to be coming from the bin room but didn’t make its way into the apartment. The apartment also overlooks the prison and the train yard, it does not overlook the stadium you can just see the outside in the distance.

Good-sized apartment with all the necessities. Great to have a parking spot. Apartment could do with a deep clean, mold in bathroom sink, filthy windows with hand prints on the glass, oven top has some burnt on marks.
Bed and pillows very hard.

Day time views were amazing, but my favourite - the night time views.
Awesome location! It was good that I wasn't slap bang in the middle of the CBD, but it was literally a 5 minute walk to become immersed in that.
It felt comfortable, like a home should.
The kitchen was chic with a gorgeous marble bench and amenities hidden away with a minimalist aspect.
The bed was very nice to sleep on. Ducted air plus a bed room air conditioner!
Bathrooms are very stylish.
Really enjoyed my stay. I stayed for a little over a week. The apartment didn't have bowls. I'm sure this was overlooked, but I'm sure they'll get some now.

Close to public transport; Aldi; connivence store and a short walk to Queen Victoria Markets. Communication with owners was brilliant and the instructions provided for key collection, parking etc was easy to follow.

Marks on multiple walls

- Zoe (8/5): Great Location, Great Apartment - This apartment is in a great location. Less than 10 minutes walk from Southern Cross Station and Marvel Stadium. The apartment was perfect for 2 couples with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a small living area, kitchen and dining space. Free parking was also a bonus. Picking up the keys was confusing, neither the property instructions nor the first 2 calls helped to find where the keys needed to be collected from. When we googled the address it showed the location as being Southern Cross Station yet the property instructions and when we called made it seem like it was a shop in the DFO. It's actually next to the Subway on the Spencer Street, it neither in the DFO nor Southern Cross Station. It would be beneficial to have this made more clear so others aren't trying to find it for 45 minutes and calling 3 times.

- Xiao (7/5): its can be a very nice place to stay if its cleaned up properly and fixed the basin hot water issues. - city and train station view there are two bathroom but only one hair dryer; there is a washing machine but not dryer; a not working vaccum provided and apartment wasn’t clean properly; the tap water didnt come out hot water unless the shower tap hot water was open in advance, troublesome.
- Melinda (8/5): Very good - Location was great, very modern little apartment. Loved the pool and gym. Nice city views and handy location. Loved that everything we needed was there for us from shampoo conditioner and body wash to laundry powder and even cooking oil. Hosts even left extra towels for us as requested as we couldn't bring beach towels for the pool. Kitchen was missing a couple of pretty basic items you would need if you were cooking (eg a vegetable peeler). I found the check in a little confusing having to send ID and credit card details to them prior and going to key pal and not checking in and out at the property) but once I understood what to do it was easy and convenient. Think the communication could have been a bit clearer as to the process though.
