Mark (1/5): What a dump - Nothing It smells, they have not even bothered putting lamps in the bedrooms. The bedding was not unclean but so old and battered.
Eddy (1/5): Can't recomend. - The location is within walking distance of Seven Sisters tube station, but it's a good 10 minute walk. The area it's located in seems quite run down, and a number of houses on the way appear to be vacant or neglected. The apartment itself is decent but within two minutes of arrival, we were greeted by a rat who scurried between the kitchen and bathroom. As one of the members of our party has a rodent phobia, we had to leave immediately and notify the landlord, then find alternative accomodation at short notice, and for a higher price. Attempts to cancel the booking with Booking.com have so far been unsuccessful, as it appears the owner is not co-operating. Thus, I am unable to recommend this apartment to others.
