Okna które pomimo że są zamknięte przepuszczają cały hałas do środka .Jak zaczęło mocno wiać firanki poprostu latały w powietrzu.W nocy jedna wielka tragedia..zapomnij że się wyśpisz

• Anja (9/5): - Super smestaj,malo je bilo dlaka na posteljini to je mana velika sve ostalo je ok, lep moderan smestaj na super lokaciji ali jako velika buka jer je blizu stanica policije i cuju se sirene tokom noci ali nema potrebe da koristite prevoz ako ste na ovoj lokaciji buku, dlake na posteljini

• Julius (1/5): - Intet ELE Apartments lejligheden levede bestemt ikke op til forventningerne. Mange ting var langt fra hvad man kan forvente af et “4 stjernet hotel”. Det hele startede med, at vi blev snydt af vores aftalte taxa-tur. Jeg havde gennem bookingen fået en standard taxa inkluderet og da jeg aftalte en merpris på den større taxa endte jeg med at skulle betale FULD PRIS (chaufføren prøvede endda at få mig til at betale endnu mere). Da jeg henvendte mig til hotellet den efterfølgende dag, afviste de blot situationen. Derudover var der meget beskidt i lejligheden og vi så endda flere skægkræ (skadedyr - grundet dårlig indeklima eller rengøring). Dette forhold afviste de også, da jeg informerede om den manglende rengøring efter ankomsten. Der var ingen basisting i lejligheden såsom salt, peber, olie eller lignende. Vinduerne var utætte og lejligheden lå op til en meget trafikeret vej med larm hele dagen og natten (gaderåb, køretøjer skraldebiler, kirker osv.). Jeg blev spammet (13 mails om opholdet undervejs og indholdet bestod primært i oplevelser de forsøgte at sælge mig gang på gang), men da jeg havde en simpel forespørgsel blev den aldrig besvaret. Afslutningsvis skulle vi både betale for rengøringen og alligevel gøre h alvdelen selv for ikke at blive trukket en gebyr. Jeg giver 1 stjerne for området, men lejligheden, kundeservice og aftaler var så dårlige som man kun kan frygte. En virkelig dårlig start på en ellers hyggelig familieferie. I skal ikke regne med at se os igen.
• Julius (9/5): Gerne wieder - Einfach super., sehr gut angebunden. War im November da. Weite Aussicht. Professionelle Gastgeber. Gemütliches Bett. Gute Küche für Basic cooking. Schön mit den 2 kleinen Balkonen Ich finde die Couch / Sofa schrecklich. Unhygienisch ungemütlich und hässlich. Straße laut bei offenem Fenster.

• Ljilja T. (8/5): - Apartman je cist i udoban, osim jastuka koji su tvrdi. Opremljen je sa svim sto je potrebno. Lokacija je veoma dobra tj. blizu je istorijskog dijela grada ukoliko dolazite u obilazak grada. Apartman se nalazi na veoma prometnoj saobraćajnici i skoro je nemoguće spavati od buke od saobraćaja. Prozori i vrata uopšte nemaju zvučnu izolaciju i imate osjećaj da vozila prolaze pored vas iako je apartman na 4.spratu zgrade.

L’amabilité fu personnel même si ce n’était que par messages, tout ce que j’ai demandé je l’ai trouvé. Sincèrement rien à signaler
• Arvis (8/5): Cozy apartment, but need some improvements. - Amazing flat (all what you need for stay) close to city center, 20 min walk away, very cozy. Bedroom is on main road side, building has old style windows and noise from street is quite loud (I suggest to upgrade them). Main room floor, carpet and bed wasn’t very clean.

• Lea (4/5): Disappointing - The location was good! The mattresses were very very hard and uncomfortable to lay on. We all 3 experienced pain in back and neck from sleeping on the mattresses. There was missing a duvet/quilt, so one of us slept with nothing. There were no wifi password at the apartment. We had to contact booking.com to get the password. Very disappointed about the bed facilities. Aside from the above, we were satisfied with the easy check in and check out of the apartment!
