• Diana I (10/5): Appartement mit viel Platz und schöne Aussicht - Wir haben eine Woche gebucht, 3 Erwachsene+ 2 Kinder.Die Wohnung bittet ausreichend Platz mit 4 Schlafzimmern, 2 Toiletten mit Duschen, eine Küche, eine sehr schöne Wohnzimmer mit wunderschönen Essbereich und 2 tollen Terrassen.Das Appartement ist sehr groß und wirklich schön. Die Gastgeberin war sehr sehr freundlich und nett und sehr sehr hilfsbereit und wir bedanken uns herzlich auf diesem Weg für alles und insbesondere für unser letztes Tag. Die Wohnung ist ca 15 Min mit dem Bus weit vom Zentrum ( Akropolis) entfernt. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar! Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Es gibt einige Bereiche die vielleicht in Zukunft renoviert werden müssen und wird bestimmt gemacht. War aber alles funktional !

I would like to thank Fotini, the owner's assistant who always responded to my queries in a very efficient way and provided a detailed introduction to the apartment. She tried her best to help. The apartment could be more valuable if some of the internal facilities and electronics were updated.

• Helen (10/5): lovely trip to Athens - The apartment was spacious for a large family group travelling with all the amenities and handy for the sights of Athens but nice and quiet at night. It was lovely to sit on the rooftop terrace for breakfast and enjoy the large balcony. The apartment was clean and the hosts very welcoming and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others and would stay here again.

• Stylemistake (10/5): Perfect Penthouse for a Vacation - Terrace and veranda were amazing, with a fantastic couch and view, and we've spent a lot of good time there. Many visible landmarks, yet quiet streets. Very good and cozy design, with a lot of vegetation inside and on the terrace, with a little bit vintage furniture which I like. Plenty of space for working from abroad as programmers. Nice beds and very clean rooms. Has the entire set of amenities, nearly anything that might be needed for living for more than a week. Washing machines, dryers, electric grill, coffee machines, you name it. We especially loved the juke box in the lobby and a small bluetooth speaker which was cool to use on the terrace in the evening to chill to nice music and wine. Dimitris, out host - exceptional, quick to contact, very helpful, very flexible with our requests, the go to person if you want to know how to best explore Athens, and a very welcoming persona. Loved the guy, you won't be disappointed. The location itself is great, two grocery stores right outside, great restaurants nearby, few minutes walk to metro, bus stations, very quick reach to Acropolis and Sintagma square. I simply loved it. I'd easily recommend this to anyone. There should be at least one more electrical socket in every room for the chargers. WiFi coverage and stability could be better. Signal is good in the lobby and bedrooms, but not near the dining table, attic and veranda. Needs a stronger WiFi box with a repeater for veranda.

• Manos (10/5): Decent stay, reasonable price, friendly host! - Wonderful! We will come back again soon to this penthouse. It has newly renovated bedrooms, new beds, and new mattresses. Very large, clean and nice apartment. We really wonder how the previous guest said these things about the penthouse. I am glad we did not believe him. Staying at the unusually large veranda is extremely relaxing. The host was very friendly and he had wine and fruits for us. The location is excellent. It is very close to the tourist area, but we avoided the noise and the narrow streets. This penthouse has a wonderful view and easy access to the beach as well. In total a wonderful place for families and groups of friends, at a very good price for the center of Athens.
