• Anja (10/5): Absolute Top-Empfehlung! - Die Wohnung war top! Im 5. Stock einer Wohnanlage gelegen (Aufzug war vorhanden) mit sehr schöner, moderner Ausstattung. In der Küche war alles Notwendige vorhanden, auch das Bad war geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Wohnanlage war ruhig, in einer Sackgasse gelegen. Das Appartement lag zwar nicht im Zentrum von Mailand, aber alles war mit Hilfe der Tram (Linie 3), die fast direkt vor der Tür abfuhr schnell erreichbar. Insgesamt war die Lage prima, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermarkt und Bäcker waren fußläufig erreichbar, Restaurants waren auch in der Umgebung vorhanden. Wir waren mit dem Auto auf der Durchreise, hierfür war die zur Wohnung gehörende kostenfreie Garage super! Ludovica ist eine hervorragende und sehr freundliche Vermieterin, sie hat uns alle Informationen zur Wohnung schon vorab gegeben, die Schlüsselübergabe hat großartig und unproblematisch funktioniert. Auch während des Aufenthalts hat sie uns mit vielen Tipps versorgt und war immer und sofort erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten wunderbare Tage in Mailand! Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Appartement buchen, wenn wir in Mailand sind. Absolute Top-Empfehlung!
• David (10/5): Lovely apartment. - Great apartment, very friendly host, lots of communication before we arrived. Good location close to transport and bars. The only thing that would have made the stay even better would to make checkout a little later. 10am is a little on the early side on a Sunday! Especially if you have been enjoying the nightlife in Milan!
• Athina (10/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν υπέροχο! Ανακαινισμένο πλήρως, πολύ καθαρό, άνετο, έχει τα πάντα. Εύκολη πρόσβαση στα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. Η ιδιοκτήτρια πολύ εξυπηρετική και πρόθυμη για κάθε πληροφορία. Όλα καταπληκτικά!!

• Charlotte (9/5): Appartement parfait - Notre vol a eu 3 heures de retard, ce qui nous a fait arriver au milieu de la nuit avec l'impossibilité de récupérer notre voiture de location. Nous communiquions déjà avec Ludovica par WhatsApp avant notre arrivée. Elle nous a énormément guidé pour organiser notre transfert jusqu'à son appartement en pleine nuit avec nos 2 enfants. Elle Nous a envoyé toutes les recommandations à proximité. L'appartement est très proche à pieds du quartier de Navigli. • Mahdlou (10/5): Exceptional - "We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Milan. It is located in a quiet, peaceful area, about 30 minutes from the city's historical and tourist attractions. The property also offers a very safe and private parking space, which was a big plus. The apartment is well-equipped with modern amenities. The window shutters operate via an electric system, and the stove features a powerful built-in ventilation system. The microwave is new and modern, and the wardrobes are spacious with convenient push-pull doors. The LED lighting is more than sufficient to illuminate every corner of the apartment, with soft, easy-to-use switches. The lift is classic but has been renovated and is very safe to use. The parquet flooring is clean and adds a warm touch to the space. The bathroom is well-equipped with a wide range of facilities, and the fridge is large enough to store food for a family. If we ever visit Milan again, I would definitely choose this accommodation without hesitation. Lastly, I want to mention that the owner provided us with complete and detailed information, which made our stay even more enjoyable."

• Nathanael (9/5): Amazing host and cosy home in a nice quiet neighbourhood - It’s clean and has everything we needed. Most importantly, host was really nice and was checking on us to ensure everything is well with us. Supermarket is located just a 7 mins walk. We walked to a Sunday market and Duomo to shop. All within 20-40 mins walk. Roadside parking is available if you drive! Not much really!
