• Lada (9/5): - Pěkné ubytování, prostorné, s veškerým potřebným vybavením a s možností posezení na zahrádce. Dům se nachází v klidné a méně rušné části Florencie. Do centra města pěšky cca 7 minut na tramvajovou zastávku, a pak cca 10 min. tramvají. Lokalita se nám líbila, parkovali jsme zdarma u domu na ulici. V blízkosti se nachází Lidl, cukrárna, krásný park. Pan Alessandro je skvělý a vstřícný hostitel, poskytl nám všechny potřebné informace a byl ve všem nápomocný. Děkujeme a rádi se zase někdy vrátíme.

• Desislava (10/5): A private garden and outside dining area to enjoy - It was amazing to have a private garden and outside dining area in Florence!! We loved the property and facilities and the host was very welcoming and helpful. Hope to get a chance to stay there again, highly recommended

• Jennifer (10/5): Clean,spacious and comfortable place to stay. - It was very clean and spacious for three people. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was easy to walk to the tram to get downtown. Our hosts were very helpful and accommodating. The only negative thing was the neighbours above were quite noisy until after midnight on Saturday. This might be a problem for someone who can’t sleep with noise.

Just a short walk to a Lidl shop and to the tram that goes to the city center. Parking on the street or in a free parking 250m north of the location. Easy key pickup at a late arrival hour.
• Frantisek (8/5): Very good - The flat is nice and spacious. Both bedrooms have full size big beds. Kitchen is well equiped. The bed in master bedroom is ultra soft. The real travel time to center is about 30-40minutes by public transport

• Mariske (7/5): Quiet area in a traditional neighbourhood - The extra space by the garden adds value to this apartment. We had a lovely time as a family, enjoying the proximity to the local supermarket and tram stop which takes you into town.
• Zdravko (10/5): Perfect place - Very comfy apartment with everything necessary for a pleasent stay. The private garden outside is a perfect place to relax. Nice soft beds, big wardrobes, TV units, garden furniture...even fireflies in the garden :) There is plenty of free parking spots on the street in front but if you can't find, try one of the back streets. Tram station Federiga 5-10mins walk and will get you to the center in 10-15min. Lidl is very close as well. Nice pizzeria and shops just around the corner. Highway very close as well. Overall, excellent place to stay and plan your trip around Toscana.

• Petya (8/5): 2 nights stay in May - Nice and specious apartment for 2 couples. The hosts were amazingly responsive and helped us with information and advice for going around the city. The area was quiet. Easy access to public transport. There were mosquitoes in our room, but presumably it's a seasonal thing.
• Andreea (8/5): Close to T1 for direct access to city center - Best hosts who we haven't met :) but smooth check in/out, they provided instructions on grocery and public transportation near by. Free parking right upfront. An upset baby right above the apartment and weird smell in the lobby.

• Mary (7/5): Good - Nice garden outdoor area. Noisy due to the refurbishment works in the flats upstairs. This was not a problem over the weekend when there was no works. No microwave. Lacking in kitchen facilities - insufficient crockery, cutleries etc.
• Karma (10/5): Exceptional - Immaculate apartment on the ground floor. Perfect location. Everything you need with in a 10 minute walk. Supermarket, gelateria, espresso bar, and trattoria, and tram. Downtown is 3 kilometers away and 15 minures by tram. The host Allesandro is so attentive and responds to any concerns you may have in a timely manner. I stayed for 3 weeks and highly recommend Bella Garden House. It felt like home. There is absolutely nothing not to like.
• Shwetal (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean flat and amazing hosts. It is well-connected to the city centre and has a supermarket nearby.
