- Bradley (1/5): Don’t respond to you or answer your questions. Pathetic - The location was useful We arrived at 3:50pm when our check in was after 3:00pm. We spent nearly 2 hours trying to get hold of someone to give us the instructions for checking in. Eventually booking.com got involved and after 3 and a half hours we finally got access to the room. It was very dusty especially the fan vents. Would not recommend.

- Dahna (1/5): - Location and price were excellent. Apartment room size Bag of dirty laundry left in closet. Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, cockroaches came out when I opened it. Not very clean.
The blow up mattress was broken when inflated. Deposit was paid before we checked in and now no contact from them and no deposit returned.

- Michelle (1/5): Awful, would not recommend. - The location. The properties facilities that we were able to use. Dirty very dirty. Lots of built up mould in shower. 2 broken toilet seats one of which my husband fixed as I almost fell on the floor. Booked to sleep 5 people, daughter had to sleep on a blow up mattress that would not stay inflated. She weighs 22kgs so ultimately ended up sleeping on the floor.
- Russell (5/5): - Located close to my conference venue. Ensuite vanity was not clean, leaking tap was annoying, toilet seat was very loose and floor tiles were sticky. Sliding door in main bathroom came off track and several light fitting were not working. We realised the morning after our first night that the three sliding doors onto balconies weren't locked. Took over a week to get my $300 bond back.

The apartment was not clean upon arrival. There was not enough toilet paper even for one day, so we had to purchase our own. We also had to clean the toilets ourselves using products we bought. One of the sink was leaking, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain, which we had to cover to reduce it.
The parking situation was misleading. Parking was advertised as available for $20, but in reality it cost $70 per day.
Communication was very poor. There is no way to contact the property directly, only through messages, and responses came every two days. It took 10 days and multiple messages to receive our security deposit back.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness, misleading information, and poor communication made our stay disappointing.

- Kim (5/5): Location was perfect for our event at the convention centre.but that’s the extent of it - Location The apartment is very run down. A disgusting smell from the main bathroom pipes, shower head broken in second bathroom, fridge leaking, tap in second bathroom sprays water everywhere etc. construction out front starts very early and we were first floor.. every night there was groups of people either smoking or drunk right outside our bedroom window
- abdi (1/5): KZ Residences are SCAM for deposit you will never get your deposit back - this is a scam. They will ask you a deposit and will never give you back. When you call them, they will threaten you, to go away otherwise will cut-off your heard.
I booked so many places, local and overseas, never seen like these people.
They call themselves " KZ Residences" be aware of them
if you read the comment section; this is normal, they did to other people as well, Don't know why Booking,com are not removing them
- All Stars (9/5): 27 Nov 2025 Stay - Great staff support, clean accommodation, spacious apartment and close to Docklands.
The main bedroom had a HUGE tv and we loved it. The bed was comfortable enough in all rooms. Definitely a great stay.
The pool on the ground floor was nice, they have a spa steam room and sauna aswell. Parking for a vehicle above 2.05 meters high next door was $65 per night!
Under 1.90 meters over the road was around half that.
To make this accommodation something we would return to, I'd prefer it had one car space for the apartment allocated that guests can use in their accommodation parking area.
If I were to be super critical (mind you we loved our stay) moreso to inform the hirer the fridge was leaking a small amount of water in the kitchen, the grout needs replacing In the ensuite, the soap dish in the main bathroom was hanging down and needed replacing, the skirtings in the ensuite had rotted out and need replacement around the door frame. The ensuite tap was dripping and may need new washers which is an easy fix. We didn't mind these things, we were happy for what we got.

- Kace (3/5): Never again - What we liked about the property was the pool and how close it was to the dfo A lot was wrong with this place, my parents couldn’t use their bathroom as the shower was broken the head on the shower was cracked, my daughter had a shower in the ensuite and the shower come off and smacked her in the head, we we’re also told that their was 4 beds, a double, 2 singles and a sofa bed, there was no sofa bed at all my son had to sleep on a blow up mattress, by the 3rd night his back was aching and we had 3 of us squeeze in a double bed. There was no tv remotes in the 2 rooms. Couldn’t use the tap in the bathroom ensuite it come off. We could also only use 1 toilet because one the seat was sliding off the base. I didn’t feel I my children were safe in this apartment especially after my daughter got smacked in the head, I wouldn’t recommend it to no one at all. I contacted the place on Thursday afternoon to ask why there was no sofa bed and I was completely ignored, and when they msg me on the Monday about check out they still didn’t respond and said they didn’t because they were sick. Completely ruined our holiday

- Yazi (1/5): GUESTS, BE CAREFUL, this host will NOT refund YOUR DEPOSIT! - the location is ok the host is terrible. This is the WORST staying experience I ever had. Host asked me to deposit $300 before arrival, otherwise won't get check in info, which I deposited.
While I'm staying, I cleaned the carpet for them, it's so dusty.
And when I checking out, they simply don't have anywhere for me to store the luggage at all.
Anyway, what I can't believe is :
After check out, I asked deposit back, they simply not responding to me at all ( see WhatsApp messages), I can't believe this is a list on bookings. they gone silent after check out! so professional...
SO, GUESTS, BE CAREFUL, THIS HOST WILL NOT REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT.

- Almasri (4/5): Please read before booking - The location was the only good thing about the booking _First of all 2 door handles were nearly falling off which made opening and closing the door bad.
_ it wasn't super clean like I saw some cobwebs in one of the rooms
_ it said on the ad that parking will be available for $20 a day which is not true and we ended up parking in a private carpark which costed us an extra $300
_host is only responsive when they want to collect deposit but if you have any complaints they will gladly ghost you and not bother replying
_it says it has tvs but imagin paying $924 for 5 nights in 2025 just to find out that none of the TV's are smart which means no netflix and no nothing.
Overall for us the booming costed $924 but we ended up paying :
_$80 extra for chromecast so we can have netflix on TV's.
_$300 extra for private parking
Honestly even the pool wasn't the greatest and is only 1.2m deep.
Overall I would highly recommend booking another place for the same value even if it meant a bit worse location or just pay a little bit more and get something nicer. I would never ever book this in my life nor recommend it to a friend
- Margaret (5/5): The trip was great apart from the accommodation - Location was good The place could have been cleaner. The walls & cupboards need a deep clean, very dirty & handles sticky. The bathrooms were mouldy, rotten door frame in bathroom. Toilet seat was broken. Stains on vanity. Bathroom basin needed a deep scrub. Overall the apartment was filthy. Was meant to have a rollaway bed but got an airbed that we had to put up & make. It had a slow leak & went down. Was offered a camp stretcher from fantastic furniture to the value of $200.00. We opted for a refund instead as the host wasn’t very accommodating.
A cleaning deposit of $300.00 was made before we arrived. We are still waiting for that to be refunded plus the $200.00. I don’t have much faith in getting our refund & for this reason I would not recommend this place to stay at. The host were not responding to our messages & last I heard from her was 48 hours ago asking where the refund was. Not heard back.

- Tayla (3/5): Filthy - Location was fantastic The walls, showers, outdoor balcony area, windows were filthy. One of the couch legs was broken on arrival so we couldn’t sit on it. Mould through the shower and they smelt musty damp. One of the TV remotes didn’t have any batteries so couldn’t use. No tea towels that we could find to dry dishes.

- Mckinnon (4/5): Very average - Location & pool Noisy toilet all night banging away. Room was dated & a bit grubby. Shower head in ensuite needed maintenance. Very noisy room with glass & rubbish trucks every night 1:30-3am waking us up. No second key for my roommate. Concierge wouldn’t hold the one key we did have for my roommate to collect, so we spent the 3 days having to co-ordinate our days around letting each other into the room. No communication text explaining the complexity of where to locate the key.

Even had two separate balconies. View was off just the street. But room and location plus price made up for this.
- Simone (7/5): Great location but definitely not a “luxury apartment” - Location was amazing! 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom very convenient. No toilet paper in either bathrooms. Booked for 4 adults and only 2 towels provided. Communication from host very poor. Very confusing and hard to find where to go and the property has a different name to the actual address - host didn’t know the name of the property! Mould in the bathroom and stains on the vanity. Host took hours to respond to the lack of toilet paper and location issues.
