• N (10/5): Perfect little flat. I want it - Layout of the property is amazing. Little courtyard and the light given from it and the vista is brilliant. I absolutely loved it. Almost wanted to give a bad review to stop other people booking it. And the host was distant but there for any query I had. I didn’t have any issues so didn’t need to contact him much but when I did he was such a nice guy Nothing. Place is bang on
• AndreaMed (5/5): - Biggest advantage of this aparment is - the location - it's 5 mins from key points as Paddington, metro Bayswater, bus stop Leinster Terrace and Hyde park and Kensington gardens - very kind owner - scented and soft towels Unfortunately the apartment has many things that need improvement, and it is really far from what I would call “modern.” I sent all these comments to owner Ollie and I do believe he will take care of the flat and will do the necessary to make it more comfortable for other visitors - there is nowhere mentioned that this is a basement flat - there is a broken window at this moment - a mold (or whatever it is) in the kitchen, bathroom and wardrobe which is not only visible but also felt - broken things - the kitchen door is falling off, the kitchen drawer can't be opened properly, the wardrobe handles are broken, wooden barriers near the heater - In the kitchen the kettle was full of limescale and dirt, dish sponge dirty, new one not available anywhere - there is 1 bed and sofa bed. I would say it's just one and a half bed - it's not a classic double bed! It has max approx 140cm. It was fine for me and my child , not for 2 adults. The sofa bed is very little and not comfortable at all - Outdoor area is very shabby, dirty, full of cobwebs and bird droppings. You can hear water flushing all the time and what's more, someone is throwing water from a height onto this space
• Andrew (9/5): Cosy, comfortable, characterful. I would stay there again. - Excellent location in a quiet part of West London. Five minutes' walk from Bayswater Underground Station and local shops, restaurants and cafes, and about eight minutes from Paddington Station. The apartment is quiet and cosy but doesn't feel cramped (except for the bathroom). I think it's the only place I've stayed in London where there was no traffic noise at all. The outdoor courtyard is small but gives the apartment privacy. There's no TV but this made for a quiet, restful time. Everything worked well except for the shower. Considering the size of the apartment, and its location and facilities, it was good value. This is a basement flat, accessible down a narrow flight of stairs from the main entrance hall. This wasn't a problem for me but it might be for others. The outdoor courtyard was dirty because of birds that land there throughout the day. The shower is very small (I'm 6 ft 2). More importantly, the water temperature was stuck on very hot.

• Jennifer Schamper (9/5): Cosy flat in a great location! - Ollie is a very friendly host. The flat is cosy and beautifully furnished and has everything you need. The location in lovely Bayswater is fantastic. There are great restaurants, pubs and supermarkets right nearby. An underground station is just around the corner. Kensington Gardens is about an 8-minute walk away. The flat comes highly recommended. We’d definitely stay there again. It didn’t bother us, but with three adults it might be a bit too small for some people.
• Rosalina (9/5): Studio que je recommande vue sa situation géographique. - Proche du métro et de de Kensington de Hyde Park, du Muséum d’histoire naturelle 1/2h de marche à travers le parc vers Bukhingham palace, Big Ben, l’abbaye de Westminster, Établissement très calme (si locataires du dessus pensent a respecter les horaires de calme…. On les entendaient marcher, bouger des meubles/valises et parler fort et ce, bien après 23h…) L’amabilité et la disponibilité de Hollie. Rien de particulier, peut-être le confort du fauteuil convertible qui est limité pour un adulte de grande taille (1,85 m pour 81kg)à réserver à un enfant ou à un adulte moins corpulent.

• Tia (10/5): Amazing stay! Would recommend to everyone! - Lovely space, such a beautiful building inside and out. Inside is so spacious , there were three of us and we fit perfectly, plenty of room for all of your things and the terrace was a lovely touch as well. Really nice natural light through the big windows and lots of amenities available like an iron, hair dryer, even a washing machine and the host also included some washing detergent! Small touches make the space a lovely place, everything was very clean and tidy. The location of this place is also amazing, was only my second time in London but it was a great location. Only a couple minutes walk from Queensway, where there is lots of food to choose from and coffee shops/cafes. Also two tube stations right nearby for easy access and travel around the rest of London. The host himself is a lovely man! So helpful , speedy replies and makes sure you feel welcomed and settled. Would recommend this to anyone ! Great place to stay !!! Nothing
• Cor B (7/5): Klein, maar fijn - - locatie is prima dichtbij metrostation Bayswater en Paddington. - zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host. - er was wel een steijkijzer, maar er was geen strijkplank. - je kunt met drie personen verblijven, maar zou dat niet doen voor een langer periode want dan zijn de leefruimte en slaapfaciliteiten wel wat beperkt. - het is gehorig, maar de eigenaar gaf aan de locatie van betere geluidsisolatie te gaan voorzien.

• Madalina (9/5): - Awesome location, quite spacious, it has everything you need. The bed could be bigger, it is quite small for 2 persons. Also, cleaning could be better.
• paolo (3/5): Buona posizione ma da migliorare. - Buona posizione. L’appartamento è al piano seminterrato (non specificato in descrizione). Sempre in descrizione é menzionato il soggiorno, invece si tratta di un monolocale con cucina a lato. Il letto è di circa 120-130 cm, idoneo solo per una persona o per una coppia, ma non è un letto matrimoniale. Dimensioni molto piccole, il lavandino del bagno è largo circa 30 cm, rende difficile anche lavarsi le mani. Buona la posizione, vicina alla metro Bayswater. Sicuramente non vale il costo pagato di circa 160-170 euro a notte.
• Michal (3/5): Enttäuschend: entspricht nicht der Beschreibung! - Die Lage ist Top! ACHTUNG: Die Wohnung befindet sich im Keller – was in der Beschreibung nirgendwo erwähnt wird! Außerdem empfahl Booking.com die Wohnung für 3 Personen (2 Erwachsene und einen Teenager (16 Jahre)). Die Wohnung ist jedoch nur für maximal 2 Personen geeignet (und auch nur, wenn Sie ein Paar sind)! Das Bett ist ca. 130 cm breit und der Schlafstuhl ca. 60 cm. Die Beschreibung entspricht nicht der Realität! Die Fugen im Badezimmer sind komplett schwarz vor Schimmel und die Küche ist wirklich heruntergekommen. Aber es ist recht sauber (für England)

Location was perfect, close to transportation and shops Communication by the host was excellent. The shower looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. The outside area looked very inviting but unfortunately it is exposed to the elements.

• Morgan (9/5): - Close to an amazing high street! Queensway has so many supermarkets on the main road. So close to Notting Hill. It is walking distance. It was nice to have the courtyard Some easy fixes would be the pans and getting a drying rack. But still would recommend for 1 person!
• Andrea (10/5): - Una piacevole scoperta: appartamento delizioso in zona 1, vicino alla fermata di Bayswater e ai Kensington Gardens, ideale per chi viaggia con cane al seguito. Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana 3 persone + 1 cane, e non c'è mancato niente. Ben attrezzata la cucina per chi desidera prepararsi cena in autonomia. Un ringraziamento speciale al nostro host Ollie, che è stato di grande aiuto
• Meyer (7/5): למי שצריך מקום לישון ללילה או שניים במרכז לונדון יכול להיות מתאים - המיקום היה לא רע 8 דקות הליכה משתי תחנות רכבת, הרבה מסעדות, סופרים וכל מה שצריך קרוב לדירה. בדירה לא היה שולחן אוכל אז אין ממש איפה לאכול חוץ משולחן קפה קטן, המיטה קטנה יחסית,המרפסת מלוכלכת ולא נעים לשהות בה. באופן כללי לא הדירה לא ממש נעימה, היא במרתף, עם הרבה מדרגות שקשה לרדת ולעלות עם מזוודה. המארח לא גמיש, ביקשנו צ׳ק אאוט מאוחר ושילמנו תוספת של 50 פאונד עבור שעתיים למרות שהדירה היתה פנויה. לנו זה היה הכרחי לכן שילמנו אבל נראה לי קצת מוגזם..

• Michael (9/5): Superb - Nice modern apartment. At the rear of other apartments with totally no street noise. Clothes washing machine under bench in kitchen. Owner responded quickly to a minor issue regarding a table and came up with a totally acceptable solution. Apparently a new table and chair are on order and expected to arrive in the next few days. Good facilities. Nice shower and bathroom, very clean. Good wifi, not very fast but acceptable. Excellent communication. Would be very happy to book again. The private garden can only be entered from this apartment but is not really private due to window from next door unit looking directly into the garden space. This was only a very minor issue.

• Itir (6/5): Good surroundings but needs some inprovement - The neighborhood was really nice. Close to the tube and bus station. The flat was comfy and didnt lack amenities. Ollie was very responsive and polite. The flat is in the basement floor of the building and has a small courtyard. Besides not getting much sunlight, the flat had a slight problem with ants. There werent a lot, just a few walking around but found some of them in my suitcase. Plus there was a small-ish spider on the bed. I think its safe to say the flat requires some pest control.
• Mb (9/5): Superb - It is a nice place for 1 person to stay in, nice location near 3 underground stations and multiple bus stops and stores. Easy to go around from there would definitely recommend for couples or solo travellers.
