• Suresh (10/5): - Canmore is a wonderful location for your Bannf trip with easy accessibility to tours, with lots of affordable accomodations and eateries of cuisinea of the world.. In Canmore the location of this place is in the Solara resort with easy taxi, shuttle, public transit access and close to tour bus stop over pointa. Great clean rooms, furnishings, linen etc

• Karen (9/5): - The pictures online I think falsely show that there’s a nice pool. the one online was a beautiful kind of circular pool of some kind. However, the real pool is not very nice at all. I actually would like to know what the picture was that was posted in the pictures of the pool. I found that misleading because that was the reason I booked there.

• Tammy Bridget Daye (5/5): I paid premium price to stay here, i would not stay here again, i just expected a little more, - The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring generously sized bedrooms and a large bathroom. The layout was thoughtfully designed, and the furniture was clean and inviting. The location was excellent, in a quiet area that allowed for a restful night’s sleep. From the outside, the property was visually appealing. Check-in was frustrating, as the room was not ready at the scheduled 4:00 pm time, and we had to wait over an hour before we could fully settle in. While the apartment itself was nice, several details did not reflect the premium price of $750 per night. The emailed instructions omitted that the pound key must be pressed for the door code to activate. The patio could have benefited from sweeping and wiping down, and while coffee was provided, there was no sugar or cream. A dirty rag was left in the bathroom, and robes would have been a welcome touch to enhance the experience. Overall, I expected a more complete setup of basic amenities for the price.

Quiet, comfortable and accessible to nearby places. Excellent information and communication from the host. We highly recommend this place. High 5! 🌟🌟🤩 None. Everything was perfect!

We had planned on eating out but because the apartment was so fabulous and had amazing BBQ and kitchen facilities we ended up staying in. Location was perfect for us we were trying to see as much of the National park as we could. Definitely need a car. There was nothing we disliked

Weather was great with a touch of rain overall a nice break . - We loved the location, the view, the appliances and the contents (utensils, furniture and spices)very roomy for 2-4 people . Bathtub didn’t drain while showering . TV remote didn’t work , no cable had to stream NHL game . TV in other room didn’t work . No coffee People upstairs banging and moving furniture all hours of the night .

The host was very responsive and communication was easy. Highly recommend this place and would stay there again! The lighting in the bedrooms was poor and we wished we had more places to hang up our ski equipment to dry.

• Jerry (7/5): Convenient for 2 couples - Clean. Excellent instructions for accessing the property. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable living room furniture and beds. No soundproofing at all! People in unit above were stomping around until midnight and people next to our unit partied on their deck and in the main hallway. No phone number available in the condo to call and report this disturbance so at 3am I went into the hallway and told them to 'shut up'! Which they did.

The name “Misty Mountain” caused us great confusion as we had a great deal of trouble locating the building. The name of the rental and the address don’t match.
• Horstkotte (9/5): Excellent home away from home! - The surrounding area is amazing of course - the room was very comfortable and well appointed, and worked well for our group (two couples). We utilized the outdoor grill a couple times, the washer / dryer worked great, and made several meals in the kitchen.

• Thetgall11 (10/5): Accommodations amazing!! Neighbours not so much.... - Not Applicable, although breakfast was delicious because I made it!! There were all the necessary appliances to assist me in creating the perfect breakfast, so thank you! The guests above us were inconsiderate , dragging chairs across the floor until 11:00 p.m. Unfortunately the other guests made it unpleasant, so we left a night early. Thus it cost me 2 nights and only got to enjoy one night!
• Davies (9/5): Superb - Nice decor. Modern, but cozy chalet feel. Not too stark. When we were there, the pool/hot tub area was full of children yelling and playing with water guns. Would be great if we had kids, but not so great when you don't! :)

This would have been avoided in there had been a physical hand over.

Will be staying again! - Condo was very spacious, loved the door to separate the 2 rooms and 2nd entrance. Heated underground parking is also a really great addition. Liked the fact that there was spices and oil in the kitchen ready to use. Also side note I absolutely loved the table and over all interior design of the condo Unfortunately the TV in the one bedroom would not work, it would turn on but I could not change the channels or select anything else. Not sure if the roku remote was dead or if I just could not do it.
• Irina (10/5): Exceptional - This property was excellent. Comfortable beds, good furniture and a well equipped kitchen! We liked little details that made the difference: great plates and cutlery, lot’s of spices, loose tea from a shop in Banff, coffee beans and and a coffee grinder. Washer and dryer plus all accessories for them. Good quality body and hair products plus even q-tips, hair bands and cotton face pads in the bathroom. Lot’s of attention to details! Quite place at night too.

• Olga (8/5): Good, but please clean washer every time before new guest is coming. We rented this apartment because of the washer and - 2 king beds, nice big dining table. It was clean except for the washing machine . Nice store in the lobby. Washing machine was very dirty, we had to clean it for an hour just to do the laundry. Also, wine fridge was not working, microwave in the kitchen was not working , and tv in the bedroom was not working. We also prefer 100% cotton sheets and down comforters (apartment had sheets that had some polyester ).

Few board games were also there. Overall a pleasant stay and definitely would recommend to others. Everything was good .

Canmore also had a wonderful Towne Center when you are tired of Banff. Great restaurants! Easy parking at the apartment as well. Loved everything!

• Jacy (8/5): Merry Christmas 2022 - The keyless door was wonderful, no more keys. The room was large with a beautiful view. Everything worked and it is the first time I have visited a place so well stocked with almost everything you needed to cook with. Most use the dishwasher but I do not. A scrubber would have been nice. We enjoyed our time here and the concierge was available all the time and very helpful with whatever we needed. A 4 pm check in is too late. By the time we received the code and unloaded the vehicle it was too late to prepare a meal before our next activity began. Upon return we had a chance to enjoy the room and was disappointed to see religious paraphernalia. Have none or have something of every religion. For us it was inappropriate in an establishment that caters to everyone. A building this size and one elevator (so slow it was) plus a shortage of luggage trolleys. Took forever to check out in the morning. Again late for our next activity.

• Lila (9/5): Was a fab place to spend a birthday weekend - Location was great-easy walk to downtown, easy to access trails. Loved the underground parking. The unit was beautiful with lots of little touches-cozy blankets to curl up with, a very well stocked kitchen. The fireplaces in each room certainly added to ambience. Beds and pillows very comfortable with lovely linens.
