There are, however, a few points we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets. Dispose of rubbish appropriately. Keep the property clean and tidy. Washing up before check-out is kindly required, while stripping the beds would be appreciated but is by no means expected. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbors in the building. Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving. Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs. To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification. Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy: Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property. Guests are obliged by Italian law to provide identification and pay the city tax before check-in. JOIVY will not provide access if the online check-in form is not completed or the city tax is not paid. The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM. The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating. Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuze box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Romy (1/5): Worst stay we ever had in Italy - We had a horrible stay at this apartment. The inconveniences were horrible: we could not eat because even though someone came to the apartment while we were gone to fix the stove, it wasn’t fixed when we came back, we had to throw everything we bought for cooking away! We could not use the stove OR the bathroom because there was a water leak which was looked at by one man, who also just entered while we were gone and when we came back, he was flooded in water from the panel he opened but he said the manager said we can stay in the apartment, although water constantly dripped down the ceiling before so we couldn’t use the bathroom except for the toilet/shower in the other room! We had to do all the calls and reports ourselves in the middle of the night, all the videos and pictures they asked for, just to use the sink! Strangers were in our apartment while we were gone to „fix“ things but half of it still did not work when we came back. They even left the electricity box open and didn’t wait a minute to see that the switch falls back again and doesn’t work - which has a reason by the way! There‘s a lot of things wrong in this apartment and we had to suffer from all of the issues that came up, on a stay which was supposed to be relaxing and a birthday present. The customer service was not accommodating at all, and the compensation was so minimal and a tiny fraction of one of the two days we paid, even though we had troubles on BOTH days. I wouldn’t recommend this for anything.
