• Juliette (8/5): Super séjour très agréable - Logement un peu loin du métro mais très facilement desservi grâce aux bus pas trop loin. Le logement est spacieux et lumineux, le quartier est assez agréable et très calme Il manquait légèrement de produits de base ( éponge neuve, sel, pile dans les télécommandes déjà bien usée donc inutilisable)

• Julie Roche (9/5): - Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L'appartement était joli, bien agencé, propre et la literie excellente. Accès par un escalier. Le bus est à 5 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le centre de Montréal situé à environ 1 heure (bus et métro). Nous avons pu échanger facilement avec l'hôte via la messagerie booking. Appartement parfait pour 2 personnes. Il manque de l'insonorisation avec les voisins de palier mais ce n'était pas dérangeant pour un rythme de vacances.

• Matisse (6/5): Sympathique, mais avec beaucoup de petits défauts qui pourraient facilement être évités - C'était agréable comme place, parfait pour un couple Pas de fourchettes, pas de cuillères, un seul rouleau de papier de toilettes pour 1 semaine, le 1/3 d'un rouleau essuie-tout pour 1 semaine, on n'arrivait pas à ouvrir la porte à notre arrivée et l'hôte nous faisait limite culpabiliser parce qu'il fallait qu'il se déplace (pas de notre faute si la porte a des problèmes, mais bon), le jour du départ l'hôte dit qu'on doit quitter pour 11 a.m. : il s'est introduit dans l'appartement à 10h37 a.m. alors que nous étions pas encore partis
• Ruby (8/5): Overall a very nice place to stay, just slightly broken if you look close enough. - The location was great, Viau metro station was pretty close, we walked there the first night despite the cold and it wasn’t bad (would be easy in warmer months) and besides that we took ubers there which were all less than $10. There are so many great things to do and it’s a very easy city to navigate. The property itself was pretty nice i liked the setup of the apartment, and the appliances were good quality (stove, shower, tv). It was generally a very nice place to stay and i appreciated the balcony. There were a lot of things that were just janky, they still worked but were just partially broken. The kitchen sink faucet was very loose, the front door wouldn’t stay closed unless it’s locked, the handle on the inside of the shower was partially disconnected, there was no utensils, there was some wooden disposal forks and knives left by (i’m assuming) a previous customer but we ended up using the large wooden cooking utensils to eat off of for multiple meals. Additionally, there was no laundry detergent despite the owners saying that it was available for use. None of these issues were that horrible and they all had easy solutions but they could easily be fixed by the owners of the property, and they should be fixed for the price.
• Ludwig (10/5): - Appartement très agréable, décorer avec beaucoup de goût. De plus, tout les équipements nécessaires pour passer un séjour agréable sont présents. Nous avons pu facilement nous garer et profitez du bus ainsi que du métro pour déplacer. Merci encore !! Rien à signaler, tout est parfait.
• ANDRES (4/5): No cutlery! Otherwise OK - No cutlery. The kitchen has many utensils, but they forgot the most basic! In 5 days they didn't care to come provide it. Also, wish the bathtub plug worked.
• Noemie (9/5): Un séjour relativement agréable - Le quartier est très agréable, un appartement spacieux. un peu de difficulté pour stationner le soir. Les appartements sont pas bien isolé.
• FELIPE (9/5): Nice cost-benefit - I liked the decoration and equipments of the house. Everything worked perfectly and the house was nitty. The location is a little bit far from metro stations, which impact the ability to move around in Montreal.

• Julio (7/5): Correct. - La taille du logement et son aménagement. Les équipements sont excellents et la cuisine en particulier est superbe. Problème d’écoulement d’eau dans la baignoire. L’eau ne s’évacue pas correctement lorsque l’on prend sa douche. Les gels-douche ne sont pas de bonne qualité et collent sur les murs.
• Haya (9/5): Happy to have chosen this place for my stay - Very well equiped, comfortable. There is a washer and a dryer that serves the building. Well located , a calm residential area , very close to buses with good connections, an IGA supermarket, parks. I am lucky I could reserve the apartment for my next visit in June. Everything was great
• Teri (9/5): Lovely cozy, clean apartment with new bathroom and easy street parking. - The apartment was very clean and the bathroom is recently redone and gorgeous. There were no utensils like knives, forks, spoons. Could hear the noises from neighbors very easily.
