• MARIE YOLAINNE (7/5): Bien dans l'ensemble - La terrasse de l'appartement permet de profiter du beau temps de Rome. L'hôte est réactif Appartement bien ,propre et spacieux pour 2 personnes L'appartement est grand mais il serait mieux avec un peu plus d'équipements ex une tasse en plus, un aspirateur, un verre pour les brosses à dents L'entretien de la terrasse qui est sommaire, du coup beaucoup de moustiques à cause des fougères. Le bruit de la rue et du vosinage qui peuvent être dérangeant si on a le sommeil léger. Le canapé lit n'en est pas vraiment un. Le petit canapé est dur, très dur avec ses ferailles,on a dû mettre une grosse couette dessus.A changer Attention aux problèmes de bus de l'appartement pour aller vers les sites d'intérêt .30min de trajet peut vite devenir un problème car beaucoup de problèmes de bus

• Leszek (10/5): Great time - We had a great stay in the apartment. The space was cozy, the kitchen was excellent, and the garden was a real bonus. It’s only 15 minutes by bus to central Rome and the Vatican. Being within walking distance to the Olympic Stadium was perfect, especially since we were there to watch AS Roma. Small sofa bed difficult to sleep on, as there is something on the middle

• Gaveglia (10/5): The most amazing home in northern Rome - The house is amazingly modern and located in the most exclusive zone in Rome. It is very near to the city center and so easily reachable by bus or cab, it’s wonderfully furnished and the extreme care of the house itself is unbelievable. Diodato is an amazing man glad to fulfill all your needs. The house is so luxurious but simple at the same time, the kitchen is so fully furnished and the availability of Netflix makes your relax moments even better. The rarity itself is the bed, you can lower or raise it with a button and I have never seen it elsewhere. Thanks for making my stressful working days so pleasant and extremely cozy.
• Jos (5/5): A bit disappointing. Couldn't keep up appearances. - The kitchen is spacious (ca. 20 m2) and bright, absolutely a plus, but I'm afraid I cant't say the same about the rest of the apartment. The location is convenient and parking in the street is free, but it might take a bit longer to find an available parking spot around diner time (especially on Sundays) Very friendly and helpful host, although in my opinion he exaggerated a bit when describing his apartment ;-) - In the description it says there would be a bedroom and a living room both, but that's not correct, both are in the same room. And this is a relative small room of ca. 25 m2, and dark because of the lack of windows. Actually the exact opposite of the kitchen. The living room part only has a (sleeping)couch and a commode with a tv on top of it, and the sleeping part has a bed that can be raised electrically, almost till the ceiling, so you have access to the drawers in the wall. Like that it all exactly fits in the room but it feels cramped. - The same about the bathroom of 4 m2. If you are taller than 1.90 m you can't stand straight in the small shower cabin, and adult men have to sit to pee because on that side the bathroom ceiling is even lower. - There is NO garden whatsoever, only a paved patio of about 16 m2, but very convenient for dining and/or sitting outside. - There is NO coffee machine. - There is no dining area in the living area (as mentioned in the description) - The apartment absolutely is no 70 m2, more like 50, but I guess they added the patio in their calculations ;-)
