jonathon (7/5): - Clean, comfortable, good location Checking in was difficult, had to wait 40 minutes for information to come through for getting keys. Tried calling: no answer, called another number: finally answered only to be informed that it was a Sydney branch and they couldn’t help. Ended up calling Sydney number again and I think they got through to the Melbourne contact as email finally arrived with check in information.
Stacey (8/5): Pleasant - Great location, close the everything you want and need to do. In the listing it stated it has a spa, although true. The complex does have a spa, it’s a communal spa that you need to book to enjoy. Very miss leading.
Robert (3/5): Will not be back and would not recommend the property. - Fairly central location with good security. The apartment felt like it needed a good clean and smelt like a smoker had previously stayed . I had to buy air fresheners and also no soap in the bathrooms . A very difficult key collection process and nightmare experience dealing with Bedspoke agency .
Carey (9/5): Great stay would book agan - Great location Would have loved the spa to be hotter, woud have been nice to invite our family to the spa area.. but restrictions applied
