• Katherine (9/5): Wonderful property - would definitely rebook. - The room was very spacious and well equipped. Large lounge and dining area, full laundry and great to have the additional seperate toilet. Excellent location- easy walk to Rundle Mall and botanical gardens. Plenty of eateries nearby. We loved the swimming pool and spa. Great communication from our host, and nice clear instructions for collecting the key. It was a bit noisy at night due to the central city location, so some earplugs might be useful. Also, I was staying alone at the end of my stay with a 5am departure for the airport. Felt uncomfortable with the location of the key drop box being down a dark side street. Would be great if there was an alternative drop-off for overnight departures.

• Louise (9/5): Very comfortable & well-located apartment in Adelaide city centre - Very comfortable apartment with everything needed for a lengthy stay in the city. Great to have full kitchen facilities, washing machine, dishwasher, parking space & use of the pool/gym/sauna. Excellent location, easy walking distance to many city attractions, shops & restaurants. It can be noisy at night with the outside city traffic & sirens if you are not used to that.

• Lori (6/5): Great location, difficult check in process so be informed prior - location, facilities I did not drive and keys were located in an area suitable for those that drove I arrived from a flight at 700pm at night after a long day, taxi dropped me off at the location and I had not received any instructions to enter the room so had to call then to get instructions that I had to lug my bags another 200m to retrieve keys (IN THE DARK) with great difficulty, then return to the building and lug the bags again. Not suited for someone on their own. Not to mention that I had to repeat this on checkout. For the price paid I would have expected not to have to take my own trash out as well. Don't mind doing it, but should be reflected in price considering there is no daily service as well. Price was equivalent to a hotel.
• Lucy (6/5): Pleasant - great apartment and location to live/work in. The wrong key was placed in the lock box so it took me over an hour or two to check in. Bit rough after work and a flight. It took more than 30 mins to get on to the correct person to talk to as there’s no direct number. Once we were chatting they did everything they could to sort it.
• Susan (2/5): I would never deal with this company again and I would not recommend them to anyone else. - The flat was mostly comfortable and centrally located. The balcony and windows were very dirty. We really could not sit out there. The advert is misleading, we were under the belief, based on the site that the flat contained a proper double and single bed, which is why we booked it. However on arrival, we found that it was a fold up single bed stored in the laundry. The staff were very unhelpful before, during and after our stay. Even though we had an early flight in and a late flight out, they would not allow us to leave our suitcase in the flat. When we were leaving, I accidentally left a $2000 orthotic device in the bathroom cupboard to dry. I contacted them as soon as I realised, on the day I checked out. It took so many messages from me to get any response and after 7 days they told me they couldn’t find it, which means their cleaner threw it out without even putting it aside to clarify it’s importance and the company would not assist me to locate the item. This was devastating for me and meant nothing to them.
• Shelley (8/5): Great apartment, great location. - Great location. Comfortable bed. Good communication by property manager. Would suggest seating for 2 on balcony. Would’ve been good to have extra towels for use in the swimming pool.
