• Przemysław (8/5): A nice apartment, but it needs some of the equipment and furnishings to be replaced. - A very comfortable apartment for a family of 2+2. Excellent location, right in the city center. Close to bars and restaurants. The equipment in the apartment needs refurbishment, especially the furniture on the terrace as well as the ironing board and iron, which are not suitable for use.
• Marina (8/5): - L appartamento è veramente bello ed in posizione fantastica per tutti i luoghi di interesse. Molto rumoroso anche di notte, perchè sotto ci sono dei bar aperti fino a mattina. Mancavano degli accessori semplici ma che di solito si trovano a disposizione per gli ospiti: cialde caffè, detersivo lavastoviglie, uno scolapasta... Lo abbiamo fatto presente all host - che non abbiamo nemmeno conosciuto ed ha mandato ad accoglierci un collaboratore -e ci ha risposto che dovevamo comprarceli noi. Ultimo ma non ultimo, nella descrizione si parla di una camera con tre letti, in realtà ce ne sono due!
• Katrien (7/5): Zeer goede locatie, jammer van het nachtlawaai. - De locatie, het dakterras - keuken was niet goed uitgerust. Te weinig glazen enz. - slaapkamer beneden had geen 3 volwaardige bedden zoals leek op de foto’s. Het derde bed moesten we zelf nog uitschuiven en opmaken. Oncomfortabele matrassen. - de slaapkamer beneden gaf uit op een pleintje waar ‘s nachts veel lawaai was (ruziënde druggebruikers). Door de slecht geïsoleerde ramen was het daar zeer onaangenaam om te slapen. - de kussens en zetels op het dakterras zijn helemaal versleten.

• Juan Antonio (10/5): Vivienda acogedora y familiar con aparcamiento propio. Muy bien situado - El anfitrión estuvo atento a nuestra llegada, facilitando la misma permitiendo la entrada un rato antes de lo previsto. La vivienda estaba muy nueva y limpia. Muy confortable. Aparcamiento algo estrecho, pero aceptable aún con coche grande. A pesar de ser una tercera planta, se colaba algo de ruido por las noches, al dar las ventanas de los dormitorios a una plaza concurrida con bares. Nada que no te permita dormir, pero fue lo único negativo.

• Gottfried (10/5): alles in allem überaus empfehlenswert und wirklich außergewöhnlich ! wir kommen wieder ! - das ganze haus ist vom feinsten saniertt und das apartment ist super sauber und sehr modern und überkomplett ausgestattet. erwähnenswert ist auch "der mann mit dem schlüssel", pedro, der äußerst sympatisch und hilfsbereit auf die gäste zu geht ! der einzige wermutstropfen war der lärm im schlafzimmer der unteren ebene, verursacht von gästen eines lokales und der lage eines kleinen platzes, der offenbar als sammelpunkt von unterstandslosen dient.

• José Manuel (9/5): Repetiré sin dudarlo - El piso está muy bien ubicado en pleno centro de Málaga, teniendo todo tipo de servicios alrededor. El edificio es del año 2019 (según catastro) por lo que el dúplex está prácticamente nuevo. Tiene dos baños completos (uno en cada planta) con sendos platos de ducha. Es muy amplio y luminoso, y en la planta superior dispone de una terraza excepcional. Cuenta también con aire acondicionado centralizado, aunque no hicimos uso de él. El alojamiento dispone de una plaza de garaje subterráneo tres plantas por debajo del nivel de la calle. El acceso a la misma puede ser un poco difícil con un coche ancho. Lo único negativo es el ruido que se oye desde la calle. Si estuviera mejor insonorizado, sería un lugar perfecto al 100%.

• Maria (8/5): Viaje amigas a Málaga - La ubicación aunque un poco ruidosa, La habitación de abajo tiene 2 camas que son para niños, no para adultos, muy incómodas y con colches muy finos, lo dicho para niños. El lavabo de arriba atascado, no corría el agua, llamamos y no vinieron a arreglarlo.

• Eva (9/5): Con alguna pequeña mejora, de 10 - Lo mejor, la situación, aunque también puede ser lo peor puesto que se sentía bastante ruido por las noches. El ruido por las noches por los transeúntes, mal aislamiento de las ventanas del piso inferior.
• Alan (10/5): Fantastic Experience - Such a wonderful apartment, and Pedro was the perfect host. The location, the views, the comfort - all of it was exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be staying here again.

Man kann sich auch für Empfehlungen an ihn wenden was sehr praktisch war. - Moderne schöne Unterkunft mitten in der Stadt Die Wände sind sehr schlecht isoliert weshalb alles auf der Straße hörbar ist. Nichts für Menschen mit einem leichten Schlaf

• Virginia (10/5): Perfect apartment to combine the buzz of Malaga centre with a beautiful location, apartment and terrace. - Perfect location in the center of Malaga, 5 minutes from Plaza de la Merced (where Picasso was born and where his first house and the Museo Casa Natal de Picasso are located); MAS supermarket and luggage storage service right across the street; everything easily accessible on foot Large, quiet terrace shaded by a beautiful and lush ficus tree and with views of the Alcazaba. Very clean, well-appointed apartment that easily sleeps 5 (you just need to ask and they will make the 5th bed for you before arrival, and you can find it without problems. We also found the 5th bed to be large enough for a (not too tall) adult. Pedro was super friendly and helpful, and gave us great tips to visit the city. We had an amazing, relaxing, carefree weekend in the apartment and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Malaga and wanting to combine the buzz of the city life with some quiet time. Just a tip: Bring earplugs -as with any apartment in the center of Malaga, the noise from people partying can go on until the early morning.

Unfortunately the small piazza outside is a meeting place for noisy all-night drinkers. Ear plugs needed, even on third floor.

• Wallace (9/5): Superb - Fabulous apartment in the heart of Málaga historic centre. Spotlessly clean and ideal for all our family needs. The roof terrace with seating was a great bonus and allowed us to enjoy sundowner drinks before heading out to dinner each night. Thanks also to Pablo for the warm welcome.

• Cristine (9/5): Lovely! - Really nice property, everything is new and appartement is nicely and fancy decorated. The terrace is super, it has view to the Alcazaba! Love it! The location can not be better! The bedroom room downstairs faces a square which is very noisy, but we used ear plugs and slept very well. So, not a big deal! We would come back… apartment is amazing!

• Andrew (7/5): Beautiful duplex apartment but a little noisy - The apartment was beautifully finished with a real wow factor. The quality of the bathrooms, bed linens and furnishing was excellent. Good sized tv and we were able to log into our Netflix account. The kitchen is small but well equipped & given eating out is so cheap and plentiful we never used it much. They kindly stocked up with coffee pods for the machine which was good. The roof top terrace was a lovely place to enjoy the sun with quality furniture to relax on. We were lucky with the weather as it was neither too hot or cold so had no need for the air con/heating system. Communication to book and greet was quick and efficient so very reassuring and as new hosts to booking.com they were very professional. The only real negative for the apartment but was a huge one for us was the noise. The location is right in the heart of the restaurants, bar & club area and whilst it was great to be straight out into the heart of the city, it was just much too noisy for us. If you sleep easily or happy to use ear plugs you may be fine but if you are a light sleeper then you will struggle.
