• Catalina (10/5): - Everything was nice! The location is in the old city so it's easy to go everywhere. It was clean and the balcony is a great addition 4th floor with no elevator. We didn't really had a problem with it, but for some people it might be complicated
• Sara (7/5): Goed, maar te zachte matras - Centrale ligging: je geraakt makkelijk en snel te voet naar alle bezienswaardigheden. Het terrasje was ook leuk om nog even in de zon en frisse lucht te kunnen zitten. Het is binnen ook lekker ruim. De matras van het bed was veel te zacht, waardoor we slecht sliepen. Ondanks op het 4e verdiep te liggen en de ramen die toch al wat geluid dempen, is er 's avonds laat nog wat rumoer te horen. De glazen salontafel is te groot, je loopt er makkelijk tegen als je van het terras naar de keuken wilt.
• Szilvia (9/5): - It's a good apartment for a short stay. The bed was too soft for me. I recommend only for sportive passengers because of the steps those needed to be climbed to reach the apartment. There's no elevator.
• Eva (6/5): Tolle Lage, Bett mit Garantie für Rückenschmerzen - Zentrale Lage, unkomplizierter Check-in und out Die Wohnung ist etwas abgewohnter als auf den Fotos erkennbar. Die Matratze ist so durchgelegen, dass man zu zweit kaum in dem Bett schlafen kann. Diese gehört wirklich dringend ausgetauscht. Leider hat die Unterkunft nie auf unsere Reklamation reagiert.

• Hailey (9/5): - As someone who is solo traveling and wants to be in the middle of everything, this location did exactly that! The only thing I can complain about is the stairs and how much of a hassle it is but genuinely worth it.
• Reidar (7/5): Ok leilighet til grei pris. - God plass i leiligheten. Flott beliggenhet, tross gatestøy om natten. Hyggelig veranda med fin utsikt mot katedralen. Ingen heis og litt langt å bære til 4.etg. Wi fi forsvant siste døgnet, og selv om jeg meldte fra fikk vi ingen hjelp. Ikke pulverapparat i vår etasje.

• Cynthia (6/5): - De locatie. het was middel in centrum van Malaga. Het was 4 hoog zonder lift! dit hadden ze niet van te voren gecommuniceerd. Ook was de wc borstel echt aan vernieuwing toe! deze is helemaal bruin! echt te vies! ook het dekbed wat in de kast ligt is vies en goor en stinkt en is geel.
• Clara (10/5): Limpio, amplio y bonito. - Muy limpio. Amplio, cómodo y sencillo a la vez que bonito y bien cuidado. La ubicación excelente. El personal de limpieza muy amable. Cuatro pisos de escaleras sin ascensor, pero ya lo sabía y no tuve inconveniente a la hora de alquilarlo. Las almohadas, para mi gusto, no eran cómodas…. Pero para gustos, los colores.
• Lynn (6/5): Great location but very dirty apartment - The location was great in the centre of Malaga. With all the restaurants and shops The apartment wat not clean when we arrived. There were clean sheets and towels but that was all. The refrigerator was discusting, water everywhere and stinked a lot. There where even hairs in the refrigerator. The floor and bathroom where dirty, sand on the floor. There weren’t any towels, a sponge or soap for cleaning or to wash the dishes. We send a message and 24 hours later someone brought soap, but we already cleaned the apartment ourself. Communication was bad

• Stanley (8/5): A marvelous oasis! - Unbeatable location and refreshing terrace! We were not prepared to climb 100 steps to enter the fourth floor walk up. Please caution older travelers, families with small children, and people with disabilities.
• Anne (9/5): Urbe 4rh floor apartment - Location is fab, right in the centre of Malaga. And the outdoor terrace is a real bonus

• Jennifer (6/5): While a good value and lovely terrace I cannot recommend this location until they replace the mattress and pillows. - Location is excellent Communication with host was very good The mattress and pillows are absolutely disgusting. Stains. Odours. No mattress cover. The mattress sloped terribly in the middle. The baseboards have pulled away from the wall with water damage.
• Simona (8/5): Perfect location - Perfect location, clean, friendly and accommodating staff, fast responding to any queries The bed was very uncomfortable with a super soft mattress and sheets kept rolling off the mattress. Also it would have been nice to provide some coffee/tea and sugar. It did get very noise at and during the night with people walking and screaming outside but that is given by the central location, so it is just an FYI. Also would not recommend for elderly guests or guests with heavy luggage as the apartment is on the 4th floor with killer stairs and no lift :D
• Joan (8/5): Location great but you need to be fit - Location is amazing. Everything on the doorstep. Flat had a lovely balcony, not great views but was nice to sit and relax. Flat was a decent size and was very clean. Kettle, toaster and a decent fridge. We weren’t aware that the flat was on the 4th floor with no lift. 86 steps up and down twice a day was very hard work. Bed was okay but sheet kept moving perhaps a mattress topper would help to keep it in place. Place was very clean but shower wasn’t secured properly and bathroom sink was cracked and was very slow draining.

• Brian (5/5): Passable - Location was good unfortunately we didn't realise that it was four floors up with no lift Shabby skirting boards shower head was split and threw water all over the electrics,no kettle until we complained and ceiling in bedroom was leaking

• Dianas (8/5): A spacious property in an excellent location - The location was excellent. The apartment was spacious and the terrace was lovely to sit in. The bedding was not good quality and should be replaced. A new duvet with a cover , and sheets without holes. The bedding was disappointing.

• Julie (8/5): Good valuel - Central apartment with plenty of space. Walking distance from the beach and close to shops and restaurants in the older part of the town. The apartment was well equipped, plenty of space for two people and a small terrace which was good for eating outside. Not much of a view though you can see the top of the cathederal over the rooftops and for the cost it was good value. This apartment is on the 4th floor so quite a hike upstairs. The bed was not comfortable as the mattress extrememely soft for our taste.

Checkout bit early if have to spend whole day in city but again we knew this so not a complaint just an observation.

The couch in the living room is the same. The apartment is on the 4th floor (I don’t recall this from the original booking’s description..), but walking up feels like if it was 6-7 floors, all that with your luggages - not so great.
