• Jose Andre (1/5): Estafa - Totalmente sucio no alquilen este lugar. El olor del apartamento, las camas y las duchas.El lugar está en malas condiciones. El lugar estaba descuidado totalmente sucio. Hablé con el encargado no me dio razón de nada, son una estafa.

• Paquette (6/5): Good location, place needs some TLC - Location was great, very convenient beside grocery store and restaurants. Relatively quiet. Nice walking paths, access to gym, pool. Multiple beds, two bathrooms, basic necessities in kitchen. Easy to dispose of trash and recycling. Keypad worked well. Enough toiletries for two people for a week. Plenty of bedding, pillows, towels. Electrical issues throughout the condo with multiple switches not functioning. One bedroom lights went out immediately and never went back on. Second bedroom the lights would go on/off. Messaged staff multiple times throughout stay, never resolved. Cockroach in kitchen. Dusty throughout, handle to fridge grimy, cabinet doors stuck together. Blood and dirt on multiple towels, had to do laundry immediately. Dryer missing lint trap and would make loud noises with normal levels of laundry. Couch is extremely uncomfortable. Beds old and creaky, pillows uncomfortable. Drapes in living room do not cover windows fully. I would look for a different condo next time.
• Patricia (9/5): Perfect accomodation - This accomodation was perfect. The apartament has all facilities required to guests: very cleaned,  full appliances and the size was confortable for until 10 guests. Close to  apartament there are market (publix), drugstore,  small restaurant and gift shop. The parks are near to: 12 minutes from Universal and 17 minutes from Disney. I recomend the place for everyone. There wasn't.
• Eric (2/5): I was disappointed. I have videos as well. - The location Dirty , roaches, shower on/off fell off. Side of refrigerator was disguising. My wife and I went to bed, and we both of us had rashes...also the fire detector beeped every 30 seconds... for our 4 days...
• Maciek (1/5): Do not book! If you are travelling for work and if you require an invoice. - Clean, spacious well equipped, easy check-in, quiet, close to the shopping area, comfortable. They are refusing to send me the invoice for my stay at the property. This is creating a major issue for me.

• Neil (6/5): A good apartment. Shame about the cleanliness. - The location. The carparking. The proximity to the supermarket. Great sized apartment with good facilities. The floor was so dirty when we arrived, we cleaned it ourselves. The beds were quite budget and uncomfortable. The curtains were not quite wide enough to block the windows.

• Carol (10/5): Very very nice - The property was gorgeous and very clean No help!! When I got in touch with host they seemed aggravated and didn’t want to be bothered not very friendly. I got confused and a guest helped me get in gate when I forgot code and couldn’t find anyone to call for help .
• Chelsea (6/5): Girls weekend with my mom and sisters. - The location was perfect and there were plenty of towels. The host was good on communication. The curtain in the living room didn't completely cover the window so there was no real privacy in that room from the outside parking lot. I also felt, that for security reasons, there needed to be a lock on the door that could only be unlocked from the inside like a latch on the door or a chain. I have a couple of other minor suggestions but really liked the property overall.

• Angel (10/5): Beautiful, safe, and so convenient to the theme parks! - Our stay was perfect! The entire development was very nice and felt secure, quiet, and clean as we arrived. The unit was on the second floor right next to the stairs so we walked most of the time and used the nearby elevator when we were loading our heavy luggage. So thankful for the elevator!! The property had a lovely and safe layout for our stay with two young kids. We were extremely close to Universal Studios which we came for and did not have to fight through any traffic to get back to this spot each day. It was awesome!! The park and pool looked awesome but we didn’t enjoy it this stay due to the cold front that came through and our busy itinerary with the theme parks. If I had more time, I would love to see them. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and extremely responsive. 🤗 I recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

• Sherry (1/5): Tiny Welcoming Party - Location and square footage I did not like that the cleaning person was cleaning up til after 4 but was still receiving and making personal calls. I could hear the conversation because I was standing outside the unit waiting to get in. When I walked into the unit the tv was blasting music and she made no attempt to lower it. After the cleaning person left about 4:20 pm I began to relax and noticed a fast moving bug on my cell phone. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me so I continued to relax on the white couch in the living room UNTIL I saw them crawling over the couch and me. Very tiny ants(not an expert but they looked like ants) moving very fast. I hopped up and started killing them. And thought it was over but it wasn’t. The couch is located near the balcony door so they must have gotten in that way. I called the property manager and he said he would contact an exterminator (which was probably not going to happen until the next day). But as I was messaging him he accused me of making up the issue. What person in their right mind would make up seeing tiny ants crawling over theirselves? Then he accused me of trying to get a refund for my 1.5 hour stay. I responded that I was vacating the property and was not going to stay under such conditions. I was not there long enough to use the bathroom or kitchen, just toured the property making a laundry list of problems with pictures to document. I left with ABSOLUTELY NO REQUEST OF A REFUND and would not expect one. However what I do EXPECT IS RESPECT. I called and made a reservation at an extremely nice hotel in Disney Springs in a corner king room with all glass and watched the fireworks that night. What a relief from the previous hassle. Potential renters beware of the white couch in the living room. If you feel a small sting, hop up and look down at the couch at the welcoming committee.

• Joy (6/5): Great location, plenty of room, and some amenities helped us overlook the lack of attention to detail at this property. - The location of the property, the proximity to a grocery store, and restaurants, and the amenities at the property were very pleasant.  there were a number of details in our room that needed to be addressed. The room with one bed had only one curtain rod bracket, and no curtains even though the rim face is generally east. One of the side table lamps doesn’t work unless you unplug it and plug it back in because the switch is broken. There were not enough towels for all the people that can stay in that property. We ran out of toilet paper on the second day of a four day stay except for a half a roll we found under one of the sinks. The chairs on the porch are definitely worn. The pictures shown on the website, and the room that we were given, are not the same. There are not enough towels to also go over to the pool. The transition between the tile and the wood flooring at the entryway is no longer attached to the floor and is a tripping hazard.

• Sandra (9/5): Gave us more space and kitchen than hotel room for same price! - 3 bedroom 2 bath allowed separate spaces for Mom & Dad and adult son! closeness to Universal! Mattresses were slightly harder than I prefer (my guys did fine) and microfiber sheets make me sweat, but managed fine. I would bring my own next time as I’m picky.
