Le lit était confortable. Tout était très bien. Il y avait une télé, mais pas de télécommande doc impossibilité de l’utiliser. Dans l’appartement du dessus, il y avait deux chiens (laissés seul par leurs propriétaires, lorsque nous sommes arrivés vers 17h30, ils aboyaient déjà, puis à 20h30, lorsque nous sommes rentrés de notre repas, c’est reparti.. ) ils n’ont cessé d’aboyer jusqu’à 0h30.. j’ai contacté le loueur qui m’a dit de regarder avec la POLICE à partir de 22 heures, car à ce moment-là on a plus droit de faire de bruit… et lorsque les propriétaires sont arrivés, les bruits ont cessés vers 1h du matin

After a frustratingly long and extremely expensive phone call (on-hold) to sort this out, the correct code was eventually provided, and was immediately hung-up on by the person on the other end.

La situation géographique très bien et un appartement calme Il y avait que de l'eau froide (chauffe-eau à gaz défectueux, probablement déjà depuis un certain temps) le cache ampoules du miroir dans la salle de bain était posé sur un rebord (cassé)

Wahrscheinlich ist eine Renovation des Gebäude geplant, deshalb die provisorischen Vermietungen. Alles eher ältlich, aber durchaus brauchbar.

Rolladen nur im Sitzbereich und da kaputt, im Schlafzimmer keine vorhanden. Toilettenring kaputt, kaum zum Sitzen. Schimmlige Dusche. Roch nach Zigarettenrauch und Fritteuse und war hellhörig. Bett zu weich und quietschig mit durchgelegener Matratze. Haartrockner fehlte.

• Sarah (8/5): Apartment was adequate for a 3night stay, but adapt to the problems. - Adequate apartment for a 3night stay. The big bedroom/living room was quite bare. The bathroom shower was tiny and the basin water outflow was very slow, the basin tap needed to be turned on full for hot water which meant the basin is fully filled up and splashes out. The kitchen was tiny, and the sink tap was completely loose and very awkward.

• AntonioResta (3/5): Appartamento molto molto freddo e non funzionale - L'unico punto a favore è stata la gentilezza e la disponibilità del gestore della struttura. Perché avendo avuto diversi problemi nell'appartamento, si è reso molto disponibile per provare a risolverli. Appena siamo entrati nell'appartamento c'era una puzza di pesce che invadeva tutta la casa. Per carità non è colpa del proprietario ma degli inquilini precedenti. Forse bisognava pulirla meglio e farla arieggiare di più prima di accogliere nuove persone. Sembrava di stare in una pescheria con reparto friggitoria. La casa era molto fredda perché abbiamo trovato i riscaldamenti spenti, ma nonostante li abbiamo accesi dopo 2 ore circa la casa era ancora gelida, perché i termosifoni non riuscivano a scaldarsi, una metà del termosifone principale era leggermente tiepida mentre l'altra metà era totalmente fredda, come se fosse ancora spento (vedere foto allegata). La casa è dotata di un piccolo cucinino, peccato che non ci fossero pentole né padelle per poter cucinare. Nonostante avevamo fatto la spesa, siamo stati costretti a mangiare fuori. Il gestore si è reso disponibile a cambiarci l'appartamento, e di questo gliene siamo molto grati, ma abbiamo risolto solo il problema della puzza, poiché il nuovo appartamento aveva gli stessi problemi di riscaldamento. Purtroppo non basta la disponibilità e la gentilezza...con -4° e la neve fuori, servono riscaldamenti ben funzionanti.

• Inna (9/5): - Апартаменти розташовані у дуже затишному районі. Розташоване все у пішій доступності. Господар любязно оформив заздалегідь Basel card, що надало можливість їздити громадським транспортом безкоштовно в межах міста. Квартира маленька, все необхідне для того щоб переночувати було. Заявлено що апартаменти з балконом але перебуваючи взимку скористуватися ним не мали можливості. Простирадло було одне невеликого розміру і для двох людей на велике ліжко цього було замало....Для майбутніх відвідувачів треба враховувати що апартаменти знаходяться на третьому поверсі і підніматися прийдеться пішки. Рекомендую на короткий термін.

Abbiamo passato solo una notte perché eravamo di passaggio ma lo consiglio anche per soggiorni lunghi. Dal centro dista 15 min a piedi se vi piace camminare come a me non avrete problemi altrimenti ci sono gli autobus sempre molto puntuali. Inoltre la struttura offre la basel card punto a loro vantaggio

• Alayne (8/5): - Fairly spacious, clean and pleasant apartment with basic facilities suitable for a short stay. The kitchen is good and clean to prepare and cook a small meal, should you wish. The balcony is a nice addition especially if you are staying in the summer months. It is situated in what appears to be a residential neighborhood which is fairly quiet so you can get a good night's sleep. There is a small supermarket literally a couple of minutes away. The self service key code entry on arrival is easy to use and convenient. No idea if the TV works! It wasn't plugged in when we arrived. We tried everything to get a channel to appear but seems you need a password. I messaged the apartment management through booking.com about this, but didn't get a reply. The toilet seat is broken and dangerous, someone could fall off the toilet. Please do not advertise free toiletries if you're only going to issue one tiny tiny bottle of shower get / shampoo per person. People need to use soap to wash hands as well and what is provided is not sufficient. I had to buy soap from the shop. I would rather not expect toiletries to be available and be prepared with my own
• Laura (9/5): Apartamento super cuqui - Me ha gustado mucho el apartamento, mejor de lo que me esperaba y se vé en las fotos , tan limpio y cómodo con muchos detalles tanto navideños como de enseres y utensilios como hervidor de agua , secador etc cama y ducha muy cómoda , la calefacción, agua muy caliente , parada bus cerca para venir de Colmar hasta las 22h , supermercados cerca que cierran a las 20h , te daba tiempo de comprar algo para cenar en casa o desayunar. Lo único que falta es el Wifi , por lo demás todo muy bien .

В квартире отсутствует отопление, поэтому в зимний период не рекомендую, может быть конечно, нам не повезло, но в номере 41 (самый верхний этаж) его не было, также как и фена, поэтому спать с мокрой головой было вдвойне холодно. Вопрос по поводу фена и отопления видимо до сих пор на рассмотрении, так как ответа я до сих пор не получила.

• Bruno (4/5): Buona posizione ma... - La posizione. Escluso il bagno, assolutamente da rifare, gli spazi sono ampi. Buona reazione del servizio clienti. Al mio arrivo le stanze erano fredde, il riscaldamento non era stato acceso. Il bagno, angusto, è davvero troppo buio. La nicchia della doccia è completamente al buio. Presenza importante di muffa. Mancava l'asciugacapelli, che ho trovato in un sacco sulla porta al mio ritorno lì la seconda sera, senza avere comunicazioni in merito, dopo la mia richiesta.

Die Heizung war auf stufe 1-2 also nicht wirklich geheizt. Im Wohnzimmer waren 2 Fenster gekippt. Wie auch das Küchenfenster. Man konnte den Tollen Sitz Deckel nicht vollständig hochklappen. Ich musste ihn mit der einten Hand festhalten, dass ich mich auf das WC setzten konnte. Alles sehr alt. Lavabo im Bad weisst mehre Sprünge auf. Parkettboden sehr veraltet und fleckig. So auch der Badezimmer Boden nicht richtig sauber. Der Wasserhahn vom Badezimmer viel zu hoch, dass Wasser spritzt gleich in alle Richtungen. Heisswasser Boiler sehr alt und laut, wenn man am Lavabo das heiss Wasser andreht, wird es richtig laut.

Es kann immer msl was schief laufen, aber es ist bereits das 2. Mal, dass diese Nummer nicht erreichbar war. Das finde ich sehr schlecht!
