- Iris (9/5): Apartment was excellent but reception staff let it down - Location and facilities View was amazing Checkout was 10am Following handing keys in to office I sat in the apartment lobby at 9.50 am to wait my taxi pickup Lady at reception very bluntly told me that after 10 am I would have to wait outside in the rain and cold with my luggage for my transport I found this very disappointing and hurtful specially as she could clearly see I was disabled For this reason I will not be returning to these apartments when next in Melbourne Such a shame as the facilities in the apartment block is excellent Apartment provided every thing you needed Walls where marked in several rooms and could do with paint touch up
- Susan (5/5): Wouldn’t stay there again because of the barking. - The apartment itself was nice and very clean. There was a dog in the adjacent apartment that barked fairly consistently for much of our stay. I was woken up several times by it. I notified the property management who said they tried to contact the building but I never heard back any resolution. It was a very large amount of money to pay to listen to a barking dog and have interrupted sleep.

- Régis (8/5): Séjour de rêve en famille permettant de découvrir et de profiter pleinement de Melbourne - L'emplacement était idéal pour l'arrivée comme pour le départ à proximité de la gare, du tramway et du SkyBus pour l'aéroport. l'appartement est situé dans la zone gratuite des tramway ce qui permet da facilement se rendre dans tous les endroits de la ville à voir ainsi que dans les centre commerciaux. Il est également à proximité de nombreux petits restaurant ainsi que d'un supermarché Coles ce qui permet de se restaurer facilement Bien que l'appartement soit annoncé pour pouvoir être occupé par 5~6 personnes, il est dans les faits idéal pour 4 personnes (chaises literie, vaisselle...). De plus avoir une seule clés et une seule carte d'accès dans ce genre d'appartement où il faut badger dans les ascenseurs demande de l'organisation.
