• David (8/5): - The house is in a good location, close to the city centre, and a 5 min walk to fortitude valley rail station. The house is comfortable with most things you need for a pleasant stay. The house only has 1 toilet and shower, which is not really adequate for up to 8 people staying, and the kitchen area is very small and only has a 2 ring hob, an air fryer and a small portable grill. We were only 5 and found it very challenging to prepare a meal. Also the electric system is a little eccentric, a switch by the front door turns on the upstairs hall light and 1 of the bedrooms.

Thanks for snacks much appreciated 👏 All bedrooms upstairs..with toilet downstairs out back of house. Two small rooms with one large room at front of house but when you walked round the big room ..the whole room moved and so we didn't end up checking out the balcony. Alot of dog hair too!

• Lewis (4/5): Disappointing - Some of the house, were portrayed a lot different from the photo's, noisey portable air con in bedroom, man next door stared down and made us feel uncomfortable while outside. only 1 toilet and so far away from the bedroom cobwebs webs hanging down of light fixtures and roof. All the tvs had problems with no actual coaxial.thin window blinds and cars lights were shining threw cookie packet left in bedroom opened and water bottle under bed half drank looked more like someone's house with pantry supplies no washing machine detergent or clothes line, wrong code on door key. Location is the only thing I could say was good about it very disappointing as I wouldn't stay there again, booking. Com should recheck the advert

And downstairs toilet . Few of us a bit creaky backs and knees . So was a bit hard for us to. However our fault for not reading the house properly

Excellent communication with the host. Great location! Parking, and home layout is a thing to be expected for a property in an inner-city location of this style of house, so no complaints here. A quirky, charming, character place to stay. I couldn’t recommend this highly enough.

It was in an excellent location close to venues we were interested in. The parking is a problem if you have multiple vehicles as the paid parking located right out the front of the house is very popular.
