• Lisa (1/5): Horrendous and wasted good money - Location very good We had major issues in apartment with water pouring through ceiling from the above apartment, very poor assistance, problem not solved and more water pouring from ceiling , emergency number not answering and lots of automated messages , and the office to Living4Malaga just around the corner and not one person came around to speak with me ,

• Mariana (9/5): Perfekt um Málaga Stadt zu sehen, ruhige Straße trotz mitten in der Stadt. Und ein unglaublicher Spektakel wenn man ausg - Sehr gute Lage, super ausgestattet, bequeme Betten. Uns hat an nichts gefehlt.

• Laurent (8/5): Emplacement parfait - le logement est très bien situé, l'accès est facile via la page web pour deverrouillé les portes et le service d'acceuil très réactif. Les volumes sont corrects et l'équipement complet pour y vivre. Il y a deux type d'oreiller, meme une brosse à dent pour celui qui l'aurai oublié la salle de bain est petite, mais la douche est plutot grande. La fenêtre de la chambre a des rideaux qui sont trop haut pour etre fermé correctement. Le séjour peu être bruyant en soirée à cause de la ruelle.

• Marie (9/5): He ad a wonderful stay in the apartment and would definitely book again - Central location. Comfortable bed. Near bars, restaurants and historic sites. We stayed 6 nights and it would have been great to have a change of towels/ extra towels

• Łukasz (7/5): - Sam apartament ma świetną lokalizację i w miarę ładnie się prezentuje, budynek też jest czysty i elegancki. Plus dla personelu bo bardzo starał się pomóc i rozwiązać niżej opisane problemy. Przede wszystkim zdjęcia są mocno rozjaśnione i dają wrażenie że mieszkanie skąpane jest w słońcu. To był główny powód wyboru tego apartamentu bo w opisie miał balkon. Cudownie byłoby ją wypić na tym balkonie ciesząc się słońcem. Niestety jest to mocno przekłamane bo mieszkanie znajduje się na 1 piętrze w wąskiej uliczce i słońca tam nie ma. Nawet śniadanie trzeba było jeść przy sztucznym świetle bo było dość ponuro. Druga sprawa to czystość łazienki cały prysznic jest do remontu zapleśniały i czarny. Półki pod prysznicem są zardzewiałe. Zgłosiłem to obsłudze i rozwiązaniem było zamalowanie pleśni białą farbą :) kreatywne ale nie rozwiązało problemu.

• abdellatif (3/5): Très bon séjour mais c’était galère…! - Très propre et très bien agencé L’accueil, nous sommes très longtemps devant la porte et retour à différents appels. Notre chance c’est un technicien qui est passé par la et a pu nous ouvrir les portes et nous donner les codes. La Télé était cassé et nous ont promis de la changer, mais le 4eme jour cad la veille de notre départ . Le code de l’entrée de l’immeuble a été changé sans nous prévenir et n’ait resté dehors pendant très longtemps.

• Nazanin (4/5): Disappointing - The flat itself is lovely and very well located. It was perfect for two people to stay and explore Malaga. We were able to go most places by foot, and there are good transport connections as well. I did not feel digitally safe with this property. To start, the property was victim to a hacking and I got bombarded with messages trying to steal my info. So, when the property then later sent me a message with a link to put all my personal info (e.g. passport) and credit card into, I was understandably hesitant. I asked if I could verify this in person when checking in. Someone came to the property for check in, but the property website wasn't working and wouldn't take my info for the deposit. So the staff had me pay for the deposit with a physical card (in my case, my card was on my phone). There were also issues with the lock, as the digital system was down. Then as they were about the leave, the staff member asked me write down my credit card number for them. This seemed sketchy so I decline. I mentioned it through the Booking.com portal to other staff and they did not seem concerned about this, nor did they say he was right. So it all felt very weird to me. It took over two weeks for my deposit to be refunded. I do not trust this property with my data or info so would not recommend it, unfortuantely, until they overhaul their security and payment systems.

• Victoria (9/5): Modern apartment a great base to enjoy the magic of Malaga - Great location - very close to main historical sights, museums and bars, cafes, restaurants etc. Modern and clean - nearly everything had been thought of - even fold up chairs for balcony, umbrellas, coffee machine, fresh water in fridge. Would usually be a very quiet street but we were there during a carnival so celebrations and singing happening until well after 3am. Window shutters and sliding door to bedroom helped cut out some of the street noise. Would definitely recommend this apartment - we would book again ! No drying cloth to dry dishes and no hand towels - only two large towels each.
• Nicola (8/5): Great location, nice living room and balcony. - Nicely decorated spacious living and kitchen area. Perfect location in the centre of Malaga. Comfortable bed. Very small bathroom. Could hear neighbours in other apartments. Had a bathroom leak during stay, staff were very quick to send a plumber. Offered to move us which we declined as we’re leaving the next morning. Agreed to pay us compensation though haven’t received yet after 2 weeks and several chasing emails. The keyless entry worked ok, wouldn’t work on one occasion but had it set up on 2 phones and 1 worked.

• Ro (6/5): Pleasant - The location, near everything. Showers were not that clean and had some pink bacteria on floors. Also, the bar across the street was too noise, staff did not mention that there was a bar.
• Caroline (8/5): Lovely apatment, great location but too much hassle from admin team (keep it simple) - Great quiet location given we chose to stay in the centre of Malaga, situated within the pedestrian walking area. Apartment was newly renovated, spacious and clean. Main issue, not apartment but admin team, in particular check-in procedure, requiring whilst travelling by train around Andulusia to have good WiFi access or switch on roving to deal with numerous messages / last minute instructions, although already provided all info / registration docs €250 deposit before leaving UK Collection of keys involved downloading youtube clips on phone whilst standing at main door where o2 had no service! Note Check-in time 5pm, did not read small print, assuming 3pm like majority of other properties we've booked across Europe over the years.

• Eugénetet (9/5): A very well located apartment in the middle of town where you have short distances to all attraction - We liked the location because we wanted to stay in the middle of town and those who want to stay in the middle of town are highly recommended. The apartment was newly renovated and clean. You had to pay a deposit of 250 Euro, which was reserved on my card and was taken just 2 days after we moved out. The deposit would cover the costs that may arise if the guest accidentally breaks something. However, the actual process when you move in and move out is not really worked out because no one checks the apartment with you when you move in and no one checks when you leave the apartment. The host says that it is their cleaner who decides if something is not right, which is strange, we think! The bed was not that comfortable unfortunately. Then you would like to see more service-oriented people who receive guests!
• Ha (10/5): Beyond expectations - The agency was very kind and let us store our luggages at their office until our apartment was available. The location of the apartment was very convenient, it was near a lot of restaurants, bars and shops. I believe the apartment is very new and modern, there is a lot of storage place, the kitchen is well-equipped and the fridge is massive. Lots of space for my family of 3 and I would highly recommend staying here when you're visiting Malaga! It gets a bit noise during the night from the streets (music, people partying etc), so this would be a disadvantage if you're a light-sleeper.

• Kieran (10/5): Swimming, lazing and walking on the beach and eating out in early January. Bliss - The apartment was in the centre of Malaga, close to all facilities, within 5 minutes of the Picasso Museum and the Carmen Thyssen museum and about a 15 minute walk from a beautiful beach lovely for swimming We could have done with a few more clothes hangers. I'm sure that, if we asked, they would have been provided, as our letting agent was always available to us and only about 200 yards from the apartment
