• Vera (10/5): - Очень легко и комфортно прошел наш отдых, в квартире было все что нужно, Роберто нам всегда помогал и быстро отвечал. Возле квартиры автобусы ведущие в центр, Ватикан в пешей доступности. Если вы ищите удачное соотношение - цена/качество, то это как раз тот вариант. Мы уезжали в 2 ночи, проблем не было с тем, чтобы оставить ключи в это время. Спасибо Роберто.
• Monica (5/5): Hygiene ist kein Luxus, sondern Grundvoraussetzung und Respekt. - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr nah am Vatikan. Für Touristen, die Rom sehen woolen, ist das ideal. Wenn Sie diese Unterkunft buchen, ist es mit Glück möglich, kostenlose Parkplätze zu finden. Wir sind am Nachmittag angekommen. Wir haben die Wohnung in einem unsauberen Zustand. Die Wohnung war mit Badetücher nur für 2 Personen ausgestattet, obwohl wir für insgesamt 4 Personen gebucht haben. Auf dem Tisch waren noch Krümmel da und die Tassen waren extrem unsauber. Die Wohnung war sehr verstaubt (überall), gar nicht durchlüftet. Unsere Tochter hatte beim ankommen, Schwierigkeiten zu atmen. Das normale Bett war von der Bettwäsche in Ordnung. Das Sofa war nur zugeklappt. Wir haben beim Aufklappen die unsaubere Bettwäsche der vorherigen Gäste vorgefunden. Auf der Bettwäsche der Couch waren Haare und Flecken. Wir mussten am ersten Tag direkt neue Bettwäsche kaufen, damit unsere Kinder überhaupt auf der Couch schlafen konnten. Die Couch war beim bewegen oder aufstehen nachts sehr laut und hat geknarzt. Das Badezimmer war im Allgemeinen in Ordnung. (ein paar Kleinigkeiten) Die Unterkunft schien nicht gepflegt und fertig für die Vermietung. Die Sauberkeit war das schlimmste.
• Cura (10/5): - The host, Roberto, was very attentive and gave us a warm welcome. Despite experiencing some delays, he greeted us kindly. The furnishings were comfortable. The house was in a safe area. All our needs had been considered.

• Arefeh (7/5): - The apartment is located near the Vatican, and the host was kind and helpful. The sheets were clean, which we appreciated. However, I want to share some feedback for future travelers and those who gave this apartment a 9 or 10 rating. We travel extensively and, based on our experience, the maximum rating we would give this ground-floor apartment is 7. Unfortunately, we were misled by the photos and the high reviews. The bed was uncomfortable, the mattress sagged in the middle, and the blanket was very heavy so we could not have a good night’s sleep. Additionally, we were awake very early in the morning because we could easily hear the voices of neighbors. The apartment itself is on the ground floor, not modern, and lacks a dishwasher. When we tried to use the dishes for the first time, we noticed stains and had to wash everything by hand before using it. If we had known the condition of the apartment, we would not have booked it for our Christmas holiday. Our previous stay in Florence was in a very modern and comfortable apartment, so this experience felt disappointing in comparison. Rome itself is beautiful, and we enjoyed our time in the city. This was our second visit, and our first experience in Rome was much better, with a comfortable, clean and modern apartment despite being in an older building. This stay has taught us to be cautious about booking apartments with fewer than 200 reviews. While the apartment’s location is convenient to visit Vatican and we had a good time exploring Rome, we did not enjoy returning here to sleep.
• Anna (8/5): - Położenie super, do Watykanu 20 min pieszo, a przystanek 2 min Bardzo mięki materac w sypialni i bardzo skrzypiące łóżko w salonie, no i niestety nie było dobrze sprzątane, dużo kurzu wszędzie.

• Petar (8/5): It was an overall enjoyable stay and Roberto (the host) was kind and helpful. - The location was close enough to the Vatican City to explore the central parts of Rome on foot. It’s also well connected to the public transport by bus right in front of the property and metro stations 15-20 min away. You have everything needed for a comfortable stay in the apartment. The flat is located on the ground floor and you can hear when the neighbours are coming home later at night. There is no door to the living room where the sofa bed is being used as an additional bed, so if you are a family or group of more than 2 people, it might be slightly uncomfortable.
• knežević (9/5): Odličan izbor za posjet Vatikanu - Domaćin Roberto je bio jako ljubazan i na raspolaganju. Preuzimanje ključeva je bilo lako i jednostavno. Apartman je na dobroj i mirnoj lokaciji, blizu Vatikana. Ipak, za udaljenije znamenitosti potrebno je koristiti metro, a stanica je udaljena 20-ak minuta hoda. Stan je udoban, ima dovoljno ručnika i toaletnih potrepština.

• Pierre (9/5): - Notre hôte a été très accueillant et attentionné. Le logement est situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme et sécurisé. Il correspond exactement a la description. Tout était propre et bien rangé. Parfait pour nous 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants). Nous avons pu nous garer sur un stationnement gratuit dans la rue juste en bas de la résidence. Il y plusieurs lignes de bus en bas de la rue qui desservent le centre de Rome en une vingtaine de minutes. Depuis le logement, on accède facilement à pied au Vatican et Saint Pierre en environ 20 minutes. Bref, pour nous l'emplacement était idéal. Nous avons passé un super séjour à Rome ! Rien en particulier, mais l'ajout d'un micro onde et d'un épluche légume pourrait être appréciable.

Solo el Vaticano podes ir caminando. Para todo lo otros puntos turísticos deberas tomar uber o caminar mas de una hora.

• Rajkiran (10/5): A safe cozy clean apartment for family - Mr Roberto was extremely kind, friendly and supportive. He messaged us several times before we reached to guide us to the apartment, he even helped us to get a public parking space when we reached very late in the evening to check in. After checking out , we forgot our personal item and didn’t have keys! Mr Roberto was again the saviour who communicated with his staff to get the doors open again for us to take the forgotten item. He was even caring to check with us if we reached our next destination safely after leaving Rome. The rooms are spacious with very good heating, kitchen and safety. It’s recommended for families. Location is quite near to Vatican City and we had a very good morning walk to Vatican. The gate keys are little tricky to open, but Mr Roberto patiently explained its operation very well so didn’t have any issues.
• Iuliia (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, close to the Vatican and transport. The apartment is clean. Friendly owner 1.The apartment was moldy and smelled damp. It was cold, no heating and the air heater did not work.The apartment is without blankets, cold. 2.For those who sleep in the bedroom there is a surprise, behind the wall is another room kitchen ( maybe not residential) and every day from 7 am there start to rumble, turn on water, teapots, laugh as if they are sitting in our bedroom. 3.Lake in the shower can not fix, try to wash and hold her)
• Belén (10/5): A convenient and calm place to explore Rome - The location is great. 15 min to St. Peter’s Basilica and right next to two bus stops. The kitchen had everything we need to! But of course when in Rome it’s great to eat out. Finding comfortable and cheap properties in Rome is not easy at all. We stayed during the third week of October and the price is fair considering the location. The host was super helpful and he was always responding on time. Definitely this is a good place to stay! My brother slept at the couch and I slept at the bedroom. The doors from the bedroom and bathroom have frosted glass panels, so if you need total dark to sleep you better bring a sleep mask. The bathroom was comfortable, however the water came out uncomfortably from the shower, as if the handheld showerhead was designed for larger showers. Having said that, the water pressure, temperature and everything else worked great.

• Zuzana (10/5): Exceptional - We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The apartment was beautifully decorated and equipped with a smart TV and AC, making it incredibly comfortable. Located in a peaceful residential area, it was within walking distance of the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo, which made sightseeing very convenient. The host was extremely nice and helpful, providing great tips for exploring the city. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome!

• Nicola (8/5): Comfortable stay in a good central location. - The location is excellent making it very easy to visit most of the major tourist attractions on foot. The host was extremely helpful particularly with arranging transport to and from the airport. The sofa bed was comfortable and easy to put up and down. There are a lot of shops and restaurants within a short distance.
• Radu (8/5): Very good - - The apartment was fairly clean and well organized. - The bed is comfy but is also generating some screeching sounds since it's a metal frame. - You can reach the location by public transport but you need at least 15-30 minutes bus rides to reach main attractions - though the bus station is close. - The kitchen has basic things, we didn't need it beyond heating some water. - Bathroom is ok, hot water might be a problem if there are two people that spend lots of time in the shower (the boiler is quite small). - You get some "freebies" and the host meets you when handing over the keys and he's a great fellow! The noise levels and the thin walls will get to you if you are accustomed to quiet places. You can hear every time the neighbors are using their shower / bathroom and the walls are quite thin giving you access to neighbors conversations. Would be great to have self check in. Would add flexibility to the experience since meeting with the owner is a bit of a hustle to organize at the end of the day.
• Ágnes (10/5): It is perfect stay to discover Rome. - The apartment is at a perfect place to discover Rome. The Vatican is within walking distance and buses run to all other sights. It is on the ground floor and windows overlook the yard, so it is quiet. There is free parking in the street. The kitchen is weel equipped, the bathroom is modern. Roberto was very kind, he was waiting for us and explained everything. We had a perfect stay. Everything was perfect and as described. Nothing could have been better.

Parking was public, but we found and was no problem. The Vatican is 10 minutes walking. Roma is amazing city and we really enjoy. 😊

• Jakub (8/5): First time in Rome and everything was as we hoped for. Great stay. - Good localization, close to Vatican about 20 minutes walk, or 15 minutes by bus, busses are quite often and very close to the apartment. Nice, clean and quiet, WIFI working without issues (rare!) small kitchen and table. Bathroom is small but refreshed and clean. Very nice host. Really very nice place and I reccomend it, I would come back here. Nothing really but we got heart attack when leaving at 6am had to leave keys inside and than realized we still need to exit the main gate which we earlier opened with keys. Make sure you know how to get out the gate without keys! It wouldnt be such a stress but problem was we were not able to contact the host at 6am.
• Daniel (8/5): Rome was fabulous and we enjoyed spending time in the apartment too. - The apartment was perfect for the two of us. We slept on both the bed in the bedroom and also the sofa bed - both were comfy. The bathroom was all we needed (no bath unfortunately but not unusual for a two bed apartment). Big fridge for two people with freezer, coffee making facilities, hob etc. There were supermarkets and some very good restaurants, bakeries and bars within walking distance and the Vatican was 10 to 15 minutes walk.

• Zonazo (9/5): This property is very nice and clean with good location. It is huge problem to get an invoice here. - The property was nice and clean. Exactly matching photos. Kitchen was equipped with only basics, but had a nice working refrigerator. Beds were very comfy only pillows were very hard. Location of this property was perfect. We could also use busses (come and go frequently). Near were 2 grocery shops and very good and not expensive coffe and breakfast shop. This is also a good spot to stay when You want just take a walk in an old city or have a nightwalk to see all the famous fontains - 10 mins of walk to St.Peter's Basilica and Vatican. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The bathroom lacks hooks where You can hang your towels during the shower, or put your small bag with a toiletries. Be very careful I travel a lot with booking, but this happened to me for the first time - owner refused to give me an invoice for my stay in this appartment - therefore if you travel for a business and you are in a need for any receipt or invoice for your payed stay - look somewhere else.

Flat immaculate perfect for car travel and good location 10minute walk to Vatican and bus nearby if needed. Lovely local pizza place up the road we enjoyed busy and fab food. Attention to detail in the flat was superb it was clean, very modern and immaculate. The owners have thought of everything you need to stay. Will stay again Nothing
