- benjamin (4/5): bof! - Bien si tu es facile à accéder bien équipé intérieurement. Énormément de bruit du voisinage, odeur de cigarette, aucune réponse quand on pose des questions.

- Nuno (7/5): For two elegant people, in a mild temperature season, could be a very interesting option - This apartment has an excellent bedroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. The large smart TV is perfect for watching box sets and films. There is a supermarket right outside the apartment and the tram stop is about 300 metres away. The apartment is not suitable for hot days. Although there is a quiet and effective fan, it is insufficient. Although the apartment is listed as accommodating four people, there are only two chairs. It is not possible to eat on the sofa, so you have to eat standing up or two at a time. The toilet is small and would not fit a large person. One roll of toilet paper is not enough for three people for three days. There is not much activity in the neighbourhood, so dining outside may be difficult.
