• Samantha (5/5): - We stay at a lot of air b b’s it was a bit pricey for the accommodation, but you were paying for the view, which was seaside and rocks, but loved it, the property itself needs a few upgrades especially to surrounds, like cutting the hedge that didn’t need to be there and the ugly trees around the property and maybe some gardens, which would make it it more inviting, it was just a rental to get away and grab some cash without spending a cent, kitchen was ok but not accommodating. The sheets were amazing, and bathroom ok had just been revamped to get by, and needs a water filter under the sink, maybe some sun repellent or reflection to the kitchen and dining area especially in the morning, also a few shade sails or a decking, or a top on outside deck , as I would hate to stay there Summer

• Emily Tanna (10/5): Amazing Ocean Views property - 5 star - What an amazing property. The ocean views are spectacular. The property was very clean and comfortable. The owners have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and pleasureable. On our arrival, we were greeted with a small basket of goodies, including a bottle of wine, such a lovely and thoughtful welcome gift. I can't say enough about this property other than, if you're heading to Bagara make sure you book this property. I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say about the property, it surpassed all of our expectations.

• karenb1283 (9/5): Perfect for a family holiday - Very clean and comfortable. The outside deck and seating area overlooking the water is amazing. While we didn't bring our fur baby with us, it would be a perfect place to do so. The hosts were great with their communication, instructions and were very welcoming, their little special touches were very appreciated. This is a great place for the family. The shower door in the ensuite is a bit clunky but was not a major concern. A shame that we couldn't stay longer!

Would highly recommend & revisit after above improvements. - Location was excellent and the yard both front and back were very well maintained. 1. The bins outside were already full and smelling bad. Made it difficult for us to dispose the garbage bags from inside the house. 2. The microwave and and dishwasher was unkept and stinking very bad of fish. Had to clean it up myself before using. 3. Would have loved to have black out curtains in bedrooms, it made it difficult for us to sleep in especially in the summer months 4. Would really recommend putting aircons in all rooms, Nov to Mar are such peak summers that the room were unbearable without aircon.
• Robyn Anne (8/5): It was a great stay! - The location right by the sea was beautiful. We all loved the space and privacy the house afforded us. Great to have a full kitchen. My brother and sister-in-law appreciated being able to have their dogs with them at the property. We also really liked the welcome pack and the message. The layout of the house in general was great and it was clean. The lounge/dining room was spacious and lovely to look out at the ocean. We had a great family holiday and would like to return. The pillows could be replaced with something like latex dunlopillows which are fabulous. Those that were there were pretty lumpy but adequate and I realise that some people bring their own but they do take up a lot of space in the luggage. The bedrooms on the western side of the house were quite hot as the afternoon sun shone from that direction all afternoon; it took a while for them to cool down without air con. Likewise the glass doors in the kitchen let a lot of heat in but it would be fabulous in winter. The a/c in this area struggled to cool at times. TV reception at night was an issue that we couldn't resolve.

All of the homely touches and incidental items provided were so handy and much appreciated. Waking up to the whales swimming past a few hundred metres away most mornings was magical.

Emily's place was very relaxing and catered well for our family's needs. It had everything we needed for our holiday. Emily went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. • Kathrine (5/5): Is the view worth the hassles or the premium price … no - The view was wonderful . There were enough rooms for everyone to have privacy . Nice to be able to have my dogs with us on holiday . The house is very run down the kitchen is old as are the bathrooms . The appliances were also very old or some not working . The yard was full of prickles in the turf so had to wear shoes all the time . It was alot further from the main area of town , was led to believe it was a short walk to cafes and shops but it was really a short walk to one connivence store. There was no patio out the back to sit out of the sun just an umbrella which was very hard for one person to put up or down . There was no where to access the from the yard even though it was in the back yard . The space to park the car was very narrow and hard to get a larger Vechile in for parking off road . The host was hard to communicate with and we couldn’t get in to the house for bookin time do to her not communicating in a timely manner she was always a day late in any communications so we lost hours and time off our paid for stay ! Which we were not happy about when paying a premium price for a stay ! Would not stay again because of all the problems.

It was just what we needed, the home was a home, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach was just up the road and the Tavern too. Our dog loved the outside area especially in the afternoon. Thank you it was a great time out!!! N/A
• Sue (9/5): Absolutely fabulous!!!! - Absolutely loved the amazing view and the home has everything. Beds extremely comfortable. So loved the gift basket and welcome message blackboard as I walked in the door. I had asked for earlier check in and all was ready for me. Everything was as described on booking site, this isn’t always the case. I loved the deck for morning coffee, breakfast and the sunset views from the front porch were also amazing. So many settings to sit and relax and there is always a view. I will certainly be back and have shared the link to this great space to friends and family. Had some issues with the gates blowing open as the wind was quite stiff some days, they may need attention or a stopper.

It is well appointed and comfortable and I liked that I didn’t have to fuss about anything. The ocean views are amazing! There was nothing about this property that I didn’t like. It suited us very well and would recommend to others for a relaxing break away.

Also enjoyed day touring locally i.e. Agnes Waters/1170, Burnett Heads and meals at the Bargara Lakes Tavern was excellent & within walking distance. Should have stayed longer

• Belinda (9/5): Relaxation Plus!! - The location is spectacular! Nothing like falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. The rooms are amazing with really comfortable beds. Kitchen is well stocked. The little special touches around the home inside and out were lovely and a Welcome basket of goodies! There's a little convenience store not far away aswell.
