• Emma (10/5): Glamorous, beautiful apartment with great transport links & rooftop pool - Beautiful apartment with great facilities & glamorous decor. Overlooks the tram-line & Albert park can be glimpsed through the buildings opposite. Fabulous rooftop heated pool & gym. Would be good to have additional keys/fobs as needed them to access lifts & pool etc., so was tricky with a family group who wanted to do different things.

• Julie (5/5): Passable - The size of the unit was good, the views were great, the location was ideal for our purposes and easy to find. The amenities were modern and in good working order apart from the A/C - see below. The air conditioner became intolerably noisy and we had to turn it off and so we were either uncomfortably cold or wracked by the noise. We were given the wrong code for the lockbox for the key pickup. Beds were really too hard. Wasn’t well cleaned with long hairs found in kitchen and bathrooms

• Robin (8/5): This property is in one of Melbourne’s best locations for access to the city, parks, gardens and freeways. The building - Location and access to beautiful parks and public transport are excellent. Great views too Very poor quality towels, linen, pillows and the kitchen equipment could be a lot better.
• Vicki (4/5): Extremely disappointing - Tram stop out front was great Was not cleaned to standard, filthy stained rug, filthy bathroom fan, musty bathroom towels covered in pulls, filthy dish sponge, 1 dishwasher tablet for 4 nights, no coffee for coffee machine, no table on the balcony, uncomfortable couch.
