• Julie Girolama (6/5): Fantastic location and great apartment, just wished there was better communication with Host! - Fantastic location - rooms were great size Great apartment with free parking Amenities ( fridge) not working so had to throw out food/ drinks Poor communication with Host Late check in 3pm to early exit 10am No access to pool - only available for long term stay??
• carolyn (1/5): A terrible experience at Christmas time - Nothing it was terrible 1- the unit was so smelly of smoke my mum could not sleep or stay - she is 86 years old - supposed to be non smoking 2- carpets were stained 3- walls had lots of marks and need repainting badly 4- toilet brush broken 5- window blinds marked and stained 6- no gym access 7- they asked for personal ID and credit card details over text message after payment had been made to Booking.com 8 - they do not have anyone local supervising the unit 9 - Kitchen eating plates etc were chipped 10 - building manger ( not these agents) were very angry with this owner for such bad service and treatment of other guests too - they were known not to be giving good service and the building will remove them soon. Just terrible.... we just want our money back
• Anas Akber (1/5): Horrible - This property appears to be misleading. Less than 24 hours before check-in, I was contacted and asked to pay additional money, including extra cleaning charges, which were not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. I was travelling with my family and was informed that the check-in details and key would not be provided unless these extra charges were paid. This caused significant stress and inconvenience. I strongly advise other guests to be cautious.

• Lizzie (8/5): Great place - The location was great and it was very spacious. It was disappointing that we couldn’t use the gym or pool.
• Amanda (10/5): Great location, spacious alternative to hotel room. - The apartment is right in the heart of South Yarra and very close to the train station, trams and all the wonderful restaurants. I arrived very late from Sydney and the host organised for me to collect the key from a locked box. The apartment was clean and well facilitated. It was very spacious compared to a hotel room and the apartment block was quiet and clean. The apartment also has a concierge who is very helpful if you need directions etc. I was very happy with all.
