• Fang (6/5): - Good location, fantastic view. Spacious room fits well for big groups or families. Dirty Sofa, dirty kitchen ware. The espresso machine got all bugs grew that suggested not been attended for long time. Worst of all, there was NO WIFI! Contacted the front desk staff, apparently the wifi bill was not paid off then in the end through out our 4 nights stay we didn’t have Wifi to use. Imagining paid 3000+ and no wifi no tv…that’s disappointing

• Pavel (8/5): Great stay if you get it cheap - This is a large spacious unit located very close to city center, yet far enough to provide some quietness. The place has absolutely wonderful swimming pool and is close to the beach. The parking option is good but please note that there are two parking lots in the hotel. You need to drive in front of hotel lobby, then go down to the garage entrance. It is not off Palm Ave. I guess I can expect some "run-down" feeling from most of Gold Coast properties in a "reasonable" price range. Then, the air conditioner was blowing cold air 24/7 with no option to be turned off. The company provided a wonderful letter with lots of details about the hotel... - like the parking, but they forgot to tell you that there are two parkings and your key will work on one of them only. - then, they give you the wifi username and password but don't tell you which of many wifi SSID (networks) to use. - and they tell you to park at specific parking bay, but the hotel guests do not care about parking bay numbers unless it is marked as private. Expect that your parking bay will be taken by someone else and you will need to park elsewhere.

We were upgraded to another apartment as the first one the air conditioner wasn’t working. The apartment we got was on the upper level and had fantastic views of the beach. The apartment was walking distance to everything and great to have the Coles right down stairs. Will definitely stay again.

• Crump (6/5): Great facilities and location, dated rooms, some improvements needed - The pool area was great, perfect for kids with 3 separate pool areas and seating. A little in house kiosk with plenty of options (though all cash only, so keep in mind). Location and proximity to rail, beach and shops is also really handy. Room size was good, including beds and sitting area and space etc. Actual room, property and décor is a little dated and some of the dinnerware wasn't entirely clean. We paid a reasonably high room rate and we had almost no balcony or outdoor sitting area, with just two chairs and no space or table etc. and the view was essentially of a carpark. Also when booking it wasn't clear that it was booked through private ownership/rental and so we had to go to a separate location to collect keys and drop them upon check out and similarly if there were issues with the room we had to go via this leasing agent. The front desk of the 'hotel' which was pretty lifeless also would not assist with anything for private rental including leaving bags or towels for the pool etc.
• Fiona (4/5): Average - Central location. Parking - albeit should have better instructions of how to get in. Bed incredibly uncomfortable- ended up sleeping on the sofa. AIrcon next to non existent, remotes for which didnt have batteries. Photos do not show the true condition of the property. Disappointed.

• Aden (3/5): Pretty dirty and not worth the $500+ per night unfortunately - Was quick and easy to collect the keys, didn't take very long but it pretty far from the actual resort, so after collecting the keys it's a good 20 min walk or another cab fare. Pool is good for kids, though it can get pretty hectic which is expected. When we arrived we realised the apartment had not been vacuumed for a long time, there was small beads and screws on the floor and carpet that my young daughter could have easily choked on, we ended up trying to vacuum the place ourselves (the supplied vacuum didn't really work). The couch was also pretty dirty and stained which was pretty off putting. Kitchen and facilities were good.

• Amy (3/5): The apartment needed some TLC - Hotel pool was great on sunny days, you could easily spend your time there No curtains/very poor curtains in bedroom A and living area They slowed us to pick up the keys and drop bags in as the foyer would not take them as I had already called about the day prior The apartment when we did rerun at 2 had sticky tables. The floor was still dirty in spots and there were old hot chips on the couch. It also smelled like smoke

• Dawes (8/5): After a frustrating start to our stay at another resort, it was absolutely breathtaking to see the ocean view and facili - the pool facilities were fantastic and well maintained. the apartment itself was well presented and functional. The lifts were a little confusing to each of the different areas. For example, take lift to floor 3 and access tower 3 via etc etc
