• Alain Francois (4/5): Just screen smoke - the location it's not an apartment. it's a room at someone's home. owner has the room just next to the guest. and the apartment is shared with the owner. important : there is a cat in the house and many cat hairs all around. so if you are allergic, door lock is hard to use. kitchen water is hard to use. men are pissing during the night in front of the building. I saw it two nights in a row. the window is broken. it can not close. so anyone could enter from there. picture joined I really felt like I lost my money. last but not least, you cannot receive guests even for an hour during daytime. so I had to leave one day earlier. after talking to the owner, I realized she really doesn't know how competitive the rental market is in Hô-Chi-Minh.
• Barbara (9/5): - The host is friendly and the room is very nice. The bed is very comfortable and the shower was the best in holen vietnam so far. (Water pressure). We also loved the open kitchen. The only little thing is: as the kitchen is open it's getting pretty hot during the day so it would be nice if there would be a fan. But we were not "at home" dringend the day anyway and in the night it was coolen down and really nice.

• Alain (8/5): Grosse déception - L''espace du logement , le calme malgré emplacement très central, la propreté, l'accueil. La difficulté à trouver l'entrée. Les photos de l'immeuble sur le site de booking qui correspondent à ceux des immeubles... En face, de l'autre côté de l'avenue. Mais surtout, et je le reproche à Booking, c'est le manque d'informations sur un détail mais qui compte, a mes yeux du moins. J'ai fait le choix de louer un appartement pour être en total autonomie et là je me suis retrouvé avec un studio au sein même de l'appartement. De fait, il faut donc partager l'espace cuisine, salle de bain, toilettes avec la propriétaire. Propriétaire au demeurant très discrète car je ne l'ai jamais croisé durant mon séjour. Disons que l'annonce est quelque part mensongère puisque nous n'avons pas un appartement entièrement autonome mais en quelque sorte une colocation. Et lorsque j'ai loué ce n'était pas du tout le but recherché. Il y a donc tromperie dans l'annonce et ça c'est le fait même du site qui est soit très mal renseigné, soit lui-même trompé.

• Riad (4/5): The elephant gave birth to a mouse. - Location is perfect. It s actually a guest house. You have a seperate room but the rest is shared. You don't really have 100% privacy. Shower area, toilet and kitchen are shared with the owner. There are installed camera's in the main hall. If i want to invite guests, she needs to know it. The stairs to the bed is very dangerous. The bed is actually a matrass put down on a construction of wood. The room has no sofa or tv. The owner is not really accomodating. Instead of a proper welcome she kept messaging me how to find her place instead of actively welcoming me. A dissapointing experience to say the least.

• Sara (10/5): Exceptional - One thing is for sure: even if you arrive with a lot of unfortunate throwing UP, there wont be any throwing OUT. The lady that lives there with you in this very authentic loft is very accomodating. We had a wonderful time in this loft (except the throwing up, to be clear: that was not related to this loft) So all in all a big recommendation from my side. Keep up the good work!
• Alexandre (7/5): Authentic with the good and bad of being authentic… - The bed on the upper deck separated of the loving room. Unsufficient air conditionning in the afternoon. The kitchen, bathroom, toilette and living room are in a common area, this is so hot during the day that you indeed cannot use it, you cannot stay in this area. By night neighbours are sleeping early so you cant even have a late dîner. There is a second room where some peoples comes in and out. You don’t have the full appartment. Nor this is the surface advertised 71m2. Fridge is full of the stuff of the owner, you can’t put more than few drinks. Owner leaves drying her stuff before leaving for a week, same for the bathroom all her stuff is there, the kitchen seemed a good idea but there is not even 2 glasses for drinking water, you are using the fish are the owner use, and it is fit for one person, not for for a rental of 2-4 peoples. Not a big disappointment, but the this is rather a roomate situation than an actual appartment rent.

• Peter (8/5): Felt very comfortable and relaxed in a unique environment better than hotel and great value - The location was very convenient to everything but not too busy or noisy The only slight inconvenience was not having a bathroom or shower within the apartment space, you must go out to shared bathroom. But not too bad and only share with the host.
• Emma (8/5): Great stay in the heart of the city. - A lovely stay in the heart of the city! Location is really great- we managed to walk everywhere and it’s a great base to explore the city. We stayed an extra night because there is so much to see/ do! The host is kind and ensures that the common areas are clean and accessible. Really nice to have a washing machine as well. The room is large and well equipped- there is everything you need. It was quiet and we slept well whilst we were here. Nothing really! The only small niggle is that the AC is quite far from the bed so you don’t really feel it from there, but there is a fan provided which helps to sleep in the heat☺️

Good location within easy walking distance of the main central areas. Sharing a kitchen means it's best if everyone cleans up after they have finished.
