- Matheus (9/5): Bom custo benefício, bem localizado - Apartamento super equipado, muito bem localizado com tudo o necessário para uma boa estadia. Chuveiro muito bom. A retirada da chave poderia ser no mesmo lugar que o apartamento e é necessário uma caução para a locação.
- Geobr (10/5): Muito agradável. - O apartamento é muito limpo, equipado e bem mobiliado. A localização é muito boa, em rua calma e pertinho de supermercados e cafeterias. A existência de uma construção em andamento em frente ao apartamento pode incomodar um pouquinho. Ao devolver as chaves foi bem complicado colocá-las de volta no cofre, pois ele é realmente muito pequeno para acomodá-las e ao controle do portão da garagem. Sugiro muito a sua substituição por um modelo maior.
