- Ross (8/5): Comfortable and reasonably priced. Less than perfect because of key & noise. Would stay again. - Large and comfortable, good value for the price. Good cooking facilities. Reliable wifi. Nice big solid table. Location is convenient to Parramatta CBD and public transport. Collecting the key was a pain. Landlord had given me the wrong combination to the lockbox, had to contact him for the correct one. Was still difficult after that, the combo lock is very small and I couldn't read the numbers with subpar eyesight, had to ask a passerby for help.
Main issue once I got in is the noise from the nearby railway. It doesn't bother me much but I expect many people will feel differently.
Minor issues: Shower water temperature very variable and required frequent adjustment. No extractor fan in the bathroom. One of the blimds in the bedroom is broken and can't be opened.

- HSIANGMIN (1/5): On the night of check‑in, we discovered that nearly half of the drawers in the room contained dirty personal underwear, - The hygiene and cleanliness are extremely poor. Inside the property, multiple drawers and the sofa contained very disgusting items, such as used condom wrappers, stained undergarments, crumpled tissues with marks, a wig, and a tangled mess of hair and clothing. It is evident that cleaning has always been just superficial.
- Alfin (3/5): Oh dear me! - The bed was comfortable Quiet dirty and mouldy-which I found was quiet at odds with the owners claiming they maintain a ‘high standard of cleanliness’.
Right outside the entrance to the unit the carpet was covered in leaves and dust.
Thick old mould all over the bathroom cubicle and the kitchen sink.
Balconies splattered in bird poo and streaks of dirt on the walls.
Air conditioning vents covered in layers of dust.
Dirty and worn out blinds with frayed edges.
The unit is badly in need of a professional deep clean but to start off, a bottle of mould cleaner from Woolies would go a really long way.
Property has two balconies-one opens up almost directly onto the busy train line into and out of parramatta station, the other onto a main road right into parramatta-there was quiet significant noise pollution rendering a peaceful sleep nigh impossible.

- Ravi (9/5): Overall Nice for a LONG TERM STAY if you can bear the noise from train and traffic. - We stayed long-term in this apartment (3 weeks). The location was well-connected by 2 train stations in walkable distance. Nice spacious and well-lit apartment on the 2nd floor with 4 lifts. Bill is very accommodating and addresses all your needs or issues that you point out very promptly. We asked for an early check-in and Bill had earlier said if there were no guests the previous night or if the apartment became available and ready we could check in early. As promised we did get the apartment at 11 am. Noisy even at night due to the train and a major arterial road next to the apartment. The carpets seem to be dirty and one in front of the TV had popcorns of previous guests. Hob exhaust wasn't working but Bill offered to replace the same once I pointed out the problem to him. Pots and pans were all scratched up and once I requested Bill replaced them. No parking is available in the apartment but Wilson parking is available on this street. Didn't need parking except on the last day when we rented a car. Thankfully we were able to find street parking to load our luggage.
