• Aileen (10/5): Highly recommend and would book again - Location perfect for what we needed. Property immaculately clean, well laid out. Instructions from host and communications were perfect. Very comfortable. Nothing.
• Terri (4/5): Poor management, poor housekeeping. - Close to our venue. Room was ok. Emailed instructions were poorly worded and confusing. When we opened the pull out couch there was hair and crumbs on the mattress. We returned from an event in the evening and both the 2440 parking spots were taken. I couldn't find a way to contact anyone about it. The phone number went straight to voicemail. I don't know if our neighbor in 2440 was a customer or management but they were going in and out of the door in our connecting hallway consistently for over an hour starting at 7am. They must have gone in and out at least 20 times. We had a late night so this was very frustrating. Overall, I would not recommend this place. Poor management.
• Janet (8/5): The host was helpful with any questions we had. We would stay here again. - It was very well laid out. There was lots of room for the 5 of us. It was nice having the deck on the back off of the livingroom. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the pool! The kitchen could have been a little better stocked with dish clothes and towels and garbage bags. None of the knives seemed sharp. Also, we ran out of dish soap in the kitchen and hand soap in the bathroom. The livingroom carpet could have been vacuumed a little better, we noticed little bits of popcorn and small game pieces left behind.
• Kamal (2/5): Disappointed - Bed are comfortable. We were informed that the pool and sauna were closed the hours after we confirmed and paid! They knew about the closure before, and they never told us about before we booked! The heater was preset and did not allow adjustment, my wife and daughter were cold at night, and my daughter got sick the next day. The shower water output is set maximum water saving, not a good experience!

• Whittingstall (7/5): Cozy place - Room was nice and cozy The pool and hot tub weren't open and closed for repairs. One of the main reasons we booked here with our toddler We didn't know until the day of that they were closed The TV also did not work, kept logging out of guest mode and shutting off, even after resetting it

• Christiane (8/5): Very good - Proximity to activities scheduled. Comfortable unit. Access to laundry. Kitchen had all required utensils and appliances. The outdoor fire pit was out of service. The jacuzzi tub was filthy, jets full of scum. It cannot be advertised as a unit with a jacuzzi, as it is not usable. Needs a deep clean!! We have travelled far and wide and have never come across this.

• Joselene (10/5): Exceptional - The location was close to Vetta spa (3min drive) which was the purpose of the trip. We were surprised by how well maintained spacious and inviting the room was. Very comfortable and had a little kitchenette area. The unit has a cute balcony with chairs. Would book here again.

• Anonymous (3/5): Not worth the price. - Clean Poorly organized. No instructions on how to find the condo or get the code for the key. Had to repeatedly call to finally get answers. Amenities were falsely advertised. Everything was closed - pool, hot tub, sauna, gym before it was supposed to be. Paid a lot of money for those amenities for nothing.

• Robert (7/5): Good - Nice peaceful location No garbage bags in cans, long hair and soap residuals in shower. Only 10 people allowed to use large pool for 1 hour at a time

Self Checkin/checkout was a very easy The Cleaning fee was high and for the short length of our stay, if we had been staying a week or so it would have made sense but for one night it was almost equal to the room rate.
• Milojevic (5/5): I did not think it was worth the money we paid. unable to book pool - We liked privacy there is no lifeguard at the pool and only 10 ppl is allowed inside the pool. pool had to be booked in person. we came to book at 11 am but it was booked for the day and there were no available spots. we were send to carriage ridge resort pool. we booked this resort to enjoy outdoor pool during winter. we where a bit disappointed
