Jordan (1/5): The host Olivia will not return your money, and you will not enjoy your stay in this bed bug harvesting Centre - I strongly recommend avoiding this property. The house was nothing like the photos online. When we arrived, we found extensive mould throughout the carpet, peeling and water-damaged ceilings, dirty walls, blinds that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years, and sharp, broken bathroom panels that were unsafe. The entire place had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the carpets and surfaces clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly between guests. Within 10 minutes of lying on the bed, I also experienced bites, which immediately raised concerns about pests. None of these serious issues were shown or mentioned in the listing. The conditions were unacceptable for anyone, let alone a property offered at this price point. We reported everything straight away, and Booking.com initially confirmed that we would receive a full refund due to the clear health and safety concerns. However, after a week and a half of waiting, the host, Olivia, went back on the original agreement and claimed no refund would be provided. This behaviour, combined with the condition of the house, is simply not good enough. This property is not fit for guests in its current state, and the listing is extremely misleading. I hope Booking.com reviews this property thoroughly before allowing future bookings.
Nor Afiza (5/5): It met our needs of having a place to sleep and shower. - Self check in was convinient. Location was near shops and restaurants. Location easy to find. The cleanliness of the home, appliances and kitchen utensils.
Arialle (2/5): Don’t stay here - It’s in a good spot Everywhere was dirty there was missing furniture not like the photos at all and there is mold growing on the ceiling and the back door, took vids not photos trust me it’s worse than that you think.
Halley (3/5): This place has potential but needs serious help. - The location was nice. Near shopping and restaurants. Mold and water damage throughout ceilings. Roaches infestation in kitchen. Poorly furnished. Did not match pictures. Dirty carpets. Many burned out light bulbs. Rotted trim in hallway bathroom. Entire place needs paint and mold eradication. Our situation was complicated and we did not have the time to focus on relocating. We stayed away except to sleep at night.
