- Larry (7/5): Lovely interior but neighbourhood does not match expectations. - Inside the unit was nicely furnished, appointed and equipped. The beds were comfortable. The entire neighbourhood was under construction. There should have been full disclosure regarding the neighbourhood and the rental situation. The internet was unreliable. As it was not password protected the entire neighbourhood could be using it. there was no landscaping. The yard front and back yards were dirt and there was no bbq.. when on vacation it is quite possible that families would like to grill steaks or hamburgers. There was no manual regarding the tv operation or expectations when leaving.
ALSO without informing us the basement was occupied separately. The first night we were hearing children’s voices which bothered us as we did not know where they were coming from.
The two secondary bedrooms had pedestal fans and luggage racks. The main bedroom did not have either. Ceiling fans should be installed in main living area and bedrooms.
