• Elisabeth (8/5): Fräsch lägenhet med perfekt läge - Läget mitt i Malagas historiska centrum var perfekt. Ljus och fräsch lägenhet med två fina badrum. Vackert trapphus och härligt med terrass. Välutrustat kök med diskmaskin och trevligt porslin. Relativt tyst trots att det låg i ett område med barer och restauranger. Inga bäddmadrasser i sängarna så de var stenhårda. Kuddarna var inte heller sköna så sömnen blev inte bra för någon av oss fyra. Översta lådan i ett av badrummen var inte städad.

• Beverley (10/5): Excellent few days in Malaga, enhanced by excellent apartment in a perfect location. - The location of the property was perfect, central but not noisy. Excellent presentation, clean, spacious and well equipped,especially the bathrooms. Spacious seating area inside, seating area outside looked great but didn’t use as weather not appropriate. Lovely views of the cathedral from the kitchen and bedroom 1 Fully enjoyed our stay Nothing not to like about the property.
• Lusine (8/5): - The location is excellent, very close to everything. The apartment was overall clean and it has everything you need for a short stay please be aware that it can be noisy at nights because it is in the center and there are bars and cafes right underneath, but that didn't bother us that much. there is no elevator, you have to take stairs to the fourth floor, but again no problem for us.

• Shirley (7/5): Great location, clean inside apartment but disappointed with outside space. - Great location. The terrace was big disappointment, not as shown in photos. Was dirty with broken furniture.
• Pt (8/5): Great stay, few improvements needed - Excellent location just off the main street. Stunning views of the cathedral from the kitchen, bathrooms and master bedrooms. Having outside space is great but a few issues here, see below. The terrace gets sun from around 11 until 4 (June). The flat is a great size and fitted really well. Didn't use the kitchen but seemed to have plenty of plates, cutlery etc. A few tea bags and coffee pods available. We contacted REMS twice by phone and both times they were really helpful. Although bars downstairs we had no issue with noise. The terrace is a great space but the furniture is poor and there were no cushions (we took ones out off the sofa). The two seater outside chair is broken and cannot be used (i informed and sent pictures to REMS). This was disappointing and should all be replaced. The water pressure could be better but wouldn't stop me staying again We had some ants in the kitchen/bathrooms, again not bad enough that I wouldn't stay It clearly says 4th floor and no elevator, but be aware, this means 8 flights of stairs and there is no air-conditioning in the stairwell. It's hard work and definitely wouldn't want to do it with big cases etc.
• Liz (9/5): Would definitely stay there again. - Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Rooms were and bathrooms were up to hotel standards. Lovely terrace. The property would not suit people not fit enough for the stairs. Not a problem for us.

• Mark (8/5): Right in the heart of the historic centre, with lovely cathedral views. - Exceptionally clean, with everything you need. Great location for exploring the historic centre. Lovely views of the cathedral. Bars, cafes and shops right outside, but no noise in the evenings. The apartment is four flights up. Very helpful and quick responses and recommendations from the REMS team.

• Carolyn (9/5): excellent location, well managed property with quality fittings and nice terrace. - The location is excellent. central but quiet ( in January) The accommodation and facilities seemed almost brand new, very clean and comfortable. The terrace is a nice bonus. The stairs are very steep when climbing with suitcases or taking rubbish out and the lighting is poor in the hallway and stairs
