Apartment is clean and we'll equipped with all the necessities for your stay, there is a washing machine that is great to have with small luggage Nothing, all was good

• Antonella Denise (10/5): - El apartamento es PRECIOSO! Apenas ingresas el aire acondicionado ya se encuentra prendido permitiendo relajarse del calor de Milan desde el primer segundo. El dulce perfume a limpio, todo ordenado, exacto a como figura en fotos. La cama es SUPER cómoda, tiene lavadora de ropa y secadora, lo que nos ayudó muchísimo para poner en condiciones la ropa usada. Todo fue un LUJO. Ojalá volvamos pronto! Nada, todo fue IMPECABLE.

• dany (8/5): - Very good location, near to all points of interest. Very cute, comfortable and cosy apartment. You can walk or take the public transportation to everything. We would have liked to learn ahead that it was located in a restricted area for cars and that we had to register our car and pay a day fee of 7 euro. Same for the parking. We discovered that white lines in the streets Means free parking at all time, blue lines means parking payable by hour and yellow lines are reserved parking for resident. Otherwise budget a 39 euro per day in a general parking area in a 3 minutes walk.
• Georgia (4/5): - Air conditioning was broken the first day, none of the facilities in the suite worked (fridge, washing machine etc) which led to bad odour.

• Todd (6/5): A.C. Problems - Location. Shutters block out street noise. The main problem was that the air conditioning in the ceiling started leaking on the 2nd day. After alerting the staff I don't think it was looked into until the 4th day after a 2nd notification to the staff that the A.C. was leaking much faster. We had asked for more towels since we had used several to catch and mop the dripping, but none were supplied. The final result was that we were told not to turn on the A.C.
• Kurt (8/5): Very nice apartment and in a good location - Very well equipped, clean apartment, newly renovated and very nice internally. Good quality articles, good bed. Nice kitchen with everything needed. Washing machine also nice to have when it’s warm outside. It’s located beside a busy road which makes it quite noisy. But after the first night we lowered the external steel curtains and seems that improved some of it. Slept ok after that.
• Sandra (9/5): Superb - We were there for three nights on an extended Italy tour. Nice, modern, clean apartment in a beautiful secure building with a lift.. Across the street from a lovely restaurant Osteria al 29 which had the best pizza and close to the Beef Club which had the best steak I probably have ever eaten. The location was good, not really in the busier tourist area but a short walk anywhere. The host was great and gave us clear check in instructions. The expresso machine was a bonus, the shower was small but the water pressure was good. The unit had a washer, however we did not use it. Although the location was good, it was on a busier street (we thought) so you could hear the street noise. The blinds and earplugs helped! I never leave home without earplugs! Also, the air conditioner leaked while we were there so we put a bucket under the vent to catch the water. It stopped when the air conditioner was turned off and we could turn it back on with no issue. We reported it and received a quick response stating it would be attended to.
